Abstract:
The purpose of this study is: 1) to study the current situation of the operation mechanism of entrepreneurship education in Guiyang University, 2) to formulate the development guide for the operation mechanism of entrepreneurship education in Guiyang University, and 3) to assess the adaptability and feasibility of the development guide for the operation mechanism of entrepreneurship education in Guiyang University. This study focuses on 717 full-time teachers from Guiyang University. The sample group consists of 260 teachers. The research tools include 1) questionnaire survey, 2) structured interviews, and 3) evaluation forms. The data analysis includes percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis.
The study reveals that Guiyang University's entrepreneurship education mechanism operates at a medium to high level. The proposed development guide focuses on 8 key areas: establishing an educational ecosystem, increasing institutional support, enhancing mentorship, expanding courses and activities, bolstering resource support, refining policies, boosting student entrepreneurial spirit and skills, and overall optimization of the educational mechanism. The guide's adaptability and feasibility are deemed high.
