Abstract: งานวิจัยและพัฒนา (R&D) เรื่อง คลังสารสนเทศอิเล็กทรอนิกส์สำหรับการใช้ภาษาไทยอย่างรู้เท่าทันของนักศึกษาในหลากหลายบริบท : การเมืองการปกครอง สังคม ศาสนา และวัฒนธรรม การบันเทิง และเศรษฐกิจ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) สืบค้น รวบรวม และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลสารสนเทศด้านการใช้ภาษาไทยที่มีการบิดเบือน ความหมายในหลากหลายบริบท 2) พัฒนาคลังสารสนเทศอิเล็กทรอนิกส์สำหรับการใช้ภาษา ไทยอย่างรู้เท่าทันของนักศึกษาในหลากหลายบริบท : การเมืองการปกครอง สังคม ศาสนา และวัฒนธรรม การบันเทิง และเศรษฐกิจ และ 3) ศึกษาผลการใช้คลังสารสนเทศอิเล็กทรอนิกส์สำหรับการใช้ภาษาไทยอย่างรู้เท่าทันของนักศึกษาในหลากหลาย บริบทฯ เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี กรอบการวิจัย ได้แก่ แนวคิดด้านประโยชน์ของคลังข้อมูลภาษา การวิเคราะห์ ความหมายและการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ พื้นที่วิจัยคือมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ 5 แห่งในกรุงเทพ กลุ่ม ตัวอย่างได้แก่ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการใช้ภาษาไทย จำนวน 10 คน และนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีสาขาวิชาภาษาไทย จำนวน 100 คน เครื่องมือวิจัยคือตารางวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลตัวอย่างการใช้ภาษาไทย แบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์ สำหรับผู้เชี่ยวชาญ กิจกรรมประเมินตนเองและแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจสำหรับนักศึกษา โปรแกรมบริการ Blogger.com และ Google Form การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ค่าเฉลี่ยร้อยละ ค่า S.D.และ การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาและเขียนบรรยายเชิงพรรณนา ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ข้อมูลสารสนเทศด้านการใช้ภาษาไทย 20 ตัวอย่าง ได้รับการคัดเลือก จัดกลุ่ม วิเคราะห์ และออกแบบกิจกรรมใน 4 บริบท ๆ ละ 5 ตัวอย่าง คือ การเมืองการปกครอง สังคม ศาสนา และ วัฒนธรรม การบันเทิงและเศรษฐกิจ ด้วยความเห็นชอบของผู้เชี่ยวชาญ ร้อยละ 70; 2) คลังสารสนเทศอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ สำหรับการใช้ภาษาไทยอย่างรู้เท่าทันของนักศึกษาในหลากหลายบริบทฯ ได้รับการพัฒนาให้อยู่ในรูปแบบเว็บบล็อก โดย Blogger.comที่URL : https ://thaibyjananya.blogspot.com/ ประกอบด้วย 5 เมนูหลักคือ HOMEPAGE - STUDYING THE E-BOOK - DOING THE ACTIVITY SET - VIEWING THE REFERENCES TESTING YOURSELF 3) ผลการใช้คลังสารสนเทศอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ฯ แสดงถึงความสำเร็จของนักศึกษาในการทำกิจกรรมประเมินตนเองทั้งแบบทดสอบปรนัยและปลายเปิด โดยส่วนใหญ่มีความพึงพอใจต่อเว็บบล็อกคลังสารสนเทศฯ ที่ผ่านการปรับปรุงในระดับมาก ทั้งด้านเนื้อหา-ประโยชน์ใช้สอย และด้านรูปแบบ-การนำเสนอ คิดเป็นค่าเฉลี่ย 4.48 และ4.35 ตามลำดับ The Research and Development (R&D) on “Electronic Information Bank for Insightful Usage of Thai Language by Students in a Variety of Contexts: Politics and Government; Society Religion and Culture; Entertainment and Economics” had the objectives to 1) search, collect and analyze the information samples on Thai language usage with meaning distortions in a variety of contexts; 2) develop the Electronic Information Bank for Insightful Usage of Thai Language by Students in a Variety of Contexts: Politics and Government; Society Religion and Culture; Entertainment and Economics and 3) study the usage of Electronic Information Bank for Insightful Usage of Thai Language by Students in a Variety of Contexts. The research is mixed methods with the framework based on the concepts of language corpus’ benefits, semantical analysis and IT application. The research area included 5 Rajabhat Universities in Bangkok. The sample were 10 Thai language experts and 100 undergraduate students in Thai language program. The research tools were the analysis table of samples on Thai language usage, the questionnaires and interview forms for experts, the self-evaluation activities and satisfaction questionnaire for students and the service programs: Blogger.com and Google Form. The data were analyzed, using means, percentage, S.D., content analysis and descriptive writing. The findings revealed that 1) 20 samples of Thai language usage with meaning distortions were selected, grouped, analyzed and designed the activities in 4 contexts: politics and government; society, religion and culture; entertainment; and economy, with 5 samples in each context, according to the 70 % of experts’ opinions; 2) the “Electronic Information Bank for Insightful Usage of Thai Language by Students in a Variety of Contexts: Politics and Government; Society Religion and Culture; Entertainment and Economics” was developed in the form of weblog by Blogger.com at the URL: https://thaibyjananya.blogspot.com/ consisting of 5 main menus: HOMEPAGE - STUDYING THE EBOOK- DOING THE ACTIVITY SET – VIEWING THE REFERENCES - TESTING YOURSELF; 3) the usage study showed the students’ ability to successfully fulfill the self-evaluation activities, both multiple choices tests and the open-ended. Most of them were satisfied with the weblog at high level for both the content - utility and the format - presentation, respectively, at the average of 4.48 and 4.35
