Abstract:
The administrators' roles in the professional learning community management (PLC) of schools under the Department of Local Administration Sut Tin Thai Consortium.This research purpose was to 1) study of the administrators' roles in the professional learning community management (PLC) of schools under the Department of Local Administration Sut Tin Thai Consortium 2) to compare the administrators' roles in promoting the professional learning community management (PLC) of schools under the Department of Local Administration Sut Tin Thai Consortium according to Educational degree and work experience. The research sample was 210 teachers in Sut Tin Thai Consortium. The instrument used was a rating scale questionnaire with a reliability of 0.945 Statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, independent T-test (T-test), one-way analysis of variance, one-way ANOVA, F-test values and comparison of pairwise differences by LSD (Least Significant Difference) The results showed that 1) School administrators and teachers in the Sud Thin Thai Consortium, under the Office of Secondary Education Service Area of Chiang Rai There were opinions about the study of the role of school administrators in the management of professional learning communities (PLC) as a whole at a high level. The highest was the co-leadership and support structure at a high level. was at a high level for learning and professional development is at a high level, respectively. The item with the lowest meaning is team cooperation, which is at a high level. 2) Classified by educational qualifications, there was statistically significant at 0.05 level on the role of school administrators in a Professional Learning Community (PLC) in Sud Tin Thai Consortium. However, there was no significance by respondents work experience.
