Abstract:
The aims of this research were: 1) to study the technological leadership of school administrators and 2) to compare the technological leadership of school administrators. Under the Office of Secondary Education Service Area Chiang Rai Wiang Kalong Campus Classified by gender and work experience The samples used in the study were School administrators and teachers Under the Office of Secondary Education Service Area Chiang Rai Wiang Kalong Campus, Academic Year 2022, totaling 222 people. Determine the size of the population. Obtained from a hierarchical random sampling. The instrument used was a questionnaire with a 5-level estimation scale according to Likert's methodology. The confidence value was 0.87, analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation and one-way analysis of variance (One-way ANOVA) The research finding were as follows: 1) Technological leadership of executives as a whole was at a moderate level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the aspect with the highest average was the technological vision at a high level, followed by the use of technology in learning. teach Technology Infrastructure Management Leadership was moderate. 2) The comparative results of the study of technological leadership of educational institute administrators classified by sex were found to be different overall with a statistical significance level of 0.05 classified by work experience. Overall, there is no difference.
