Abstract: การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาภาวะผู้นำเชิงเทคโนโลยีของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และ 2) เปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำเชิงเทคโนโลยีของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเชียงราย สหวิทยาเขตเวียงกาหลง จำแนกตามเพศและประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเชียงราย สหวิทยาเขตเวียงกาหลง ปีการศึกษา 2565 ได้จำนวน 222 คน กำหนดขนาดประชากร ได้มาจากการสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบชั้นภูมิ เคร่อื งมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบสอบถาม มีลักษณะมาตรประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ตามวิธีคิดของลิเคิร์ท มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.87 วิเคราะห์โดยหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One - way ANOVA) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงเทคโนโลยีของผู้บริหาร ในภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณา รายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านวิสัยทัศน์ทางเทคโนโลยีอยู่ในระดับมาก รองลงมา คือ ด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยีในการเรียนการสอน ด้านการจัดการ ด้านโครงสร้างพื้นฐานเทคโนโลยี ด้านความเป็นผู้นำ อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ซึ่งอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ตามลำดับ 2) ผลเปรียบเทียบการศึกษาภาวะผู้นำเชิงเทคโนโลยีของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำแนกตามเพศ พบว่า โดยรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05 จำแนกตามประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน โดยภาพรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน

Abstract: The aims of this research were: 1) to study the technological leadership of school administrators and 2) to compare the technological leadership of school administrators. Under the Office of Secondary Education Service Area Chiang Rai Wiang Kalong Campus Classified by gender and work experience The samples used in the study were School administrators and teachers Under the Office of Secondary Education Service Area Chiang Rai Wiang Kalong Campus, Academic Year 2022, totaling 222 people. Determine the size of the population. Obtained from a hierarchical random sampling. The instrument used was a questionnaire with a 5-level estimation scale according to Likert's methodology. The confidence value was 0.87, analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation and one-way analysis of variance (One-way ANOVA) The research finding were as follows: 1) Technological leadership of executives as a whole was at a moderate level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the aspect with the highest average was the technological vision at a high level, followed by the use of technology in learning. teach Technology Infrastructure Management Leadership was moderate. 2) The comparative results of the study of technological leadership of educational institute administrators classified by sex were found to be different overall with a statistical significance level of 0.05 classified by work experience. Overall, there is no difference.
