Academic Leadership in The Digital Age of Educational Institution Administrators in Yokkrabat Group, Sam Ngao District, Tak Educational Service Area Office 1
Abstract:
The purposes of this research were 1) to study academic leadership in the digital age of school administrators in the Yokkabat group, Samngao District, under the Tak Primary Educational Service Area Office1. 2) to study the guidelines for developing academic leadership in the digital age of school administrators in the Yokkabat group, Samngao District, under the Tak Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The sample group used in the study was school administrators. and teachers in educational institutions in Yokkrabat group, Samngao District, under the Tak Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The group consisted of 126 people. The research tools were questionnaires and interview forms. The data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and content analysis. The results of the research revealed that 1) Academic leadership in the digital age of school administrators in the Yokkabat group, Samngao District, under the Tak Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 found that in the overall academic leadership in the digital age of school administrators school administration in 5 areas at a high level in all 5 aspects.The aspect with the highest average was the development and promotion of technological advancement of personnel, Citizenship in the digital age, Excellence in the use of technology for learning, Creating a learning network in the digital age and digital leadership vision, respectively. 2) Academic Leadership Development Guidelines in the Digital Age of School Administrators in the Yokkabat Group, Samngao District, under the Tak Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, divided into 5 aspects, it was found that 2.1) Digital Leadership Vision School administrators should develop themselves to keep pace with technological changes. 2.2) Building a learning network in the digital age School administrators should plan their operations. Increase the potential and learning opportunities in the form of online learning through the use of technology for teachers and students. 2.3) Excellence in the use of technology for learning. School administrators should encourage personnel in educational institutions to increase potential Develop innovative learning management formulas 2.4) Personnel development and promotion of technological advancement School administrators should promote and support the organization of motivational activities. exchange and learn from each other, and 2.5) citizenship in the digital age School administrators should raise awareness for learners to see the benefits and harms. Encourage legal and ethical use of technology in responsible use.
