Abstract:
The purposes of this study were to study the creative leadership of school administrators and to study the approaches for developing creative leadership of school administrators under Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The research method was divided 2 step, step 1: a study the status of the creative leadership of school administrators. The sample group was Teachers under Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 determined the sample size by using Taro Yamane's, using the district as a criterion for division Total 311 people. The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire on the creative leadership of school administrators under Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. There is content validity by finding the IOC value equal to 1.00 for all items and the confidence value by Cronbach's method gave the alpha coefficient equal to 0.98. Statistics used in the analysis consisted of mean, standard deviation. step 2, study the approaches for developing creative leadership of school administrators. The information provider is 5 experts. The tools used were interview forms on the creative leadership development approaches of school administrators. Data was analyzed by content analysis. The results of this research found that: 1) The creative leadership of school administrators under Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 as a whole and each side was at a high level. 2) The approaches for developing creative leadership of school administrators under Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, Can using new processes, creating new things to develop the organization to operate more efficiently and effectively.
