Abstract:
This research aimed 1) to study teachers participation in academic administration of private schools of Noen Phra Group under Rayong Education Office 2) to compare teachers participation in academic administration as classified by educational background, work experiences and school size. The sample group was 230 private school teachers of Noen Phra Group under Rayong Education Office. The 5 rating scale questionnaires which the validity was 0.67- 1.00 and the reliability was 0.97 were used to collect data. The Statistic used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, T-test, One-way ANOVA and compare the differences by pairs using Scheffe's method. The results of the research found that 1) teachers participation in academic administration of private school of Noen Phra Group under Rayong Education Office in overall and each aspect were at high level. In orderly, administration and development of curriculum, teaching management, educational media and technology, assessment and quality assurance. 2) the comparison of teachers participation in academic administration as classified by educational background in overall was not difference but the work experiences and school sizes in overall and each aspect were different with statistical significance at 0.05 level.
