The Relationship between Innovative Leadership of School Administrators and Learning Organization of School under Phayao Primary Educational Service Area Office 2
Abstract:
The purpose of this study were to 1) study the level of the Innovative leadership of School Administrators under Phayao Primary Education Service Area office 2 2) study the level of the learning organization of School under Phayao Primary Education Service Area office 2 and 3) analyze the relationship between Innovative leadership of School Administrators and learning organization and of School under Phayao Primary Education Service Area office 2 A sample was selected there are 316 of administrators and teacher under Phayao Primary Education Service Area office 2 by using Multi-stage Sampling. The tools used in this research are 5 level of questionnaire. The statistical treatment used frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson correlation. The results of the study were as follow: 1) The Innovative leadership of School Administrators under Phayao Primary Education Service Area office 2 at the "high" level. 2) The learning organization of School under Phayao Primary Education Service Area office 2 at the "high" level. and 3) The relationship between Innovative leadership of School Administrators and learning organization of School under Phayao Primary Education Service Area office 2 revealed that the overall were high level positive correlation and statistically significant at 0.01 level
