Classification of pineapple fiber woven fabrics on raspberry pi based on convolutional neural network
Abstract:
Nowadays, deep learning plays an important role
in artificial intelligence applications. This research introduces
methods for classifying three types of pineapple fiber woven
fabrics using Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) on
Raspberry Pi. The pineapple fiber woven fabrics have three
categories which are pure pineapple fiber woven fabrics,
connected-pure pineapple fiber woven fabrics, and blended
pineapple fiber-cotton textile fabric. Each type corresponds to
distinct qualities and prices of these fabrics. The proposed
method involves three key steps: modifying the VGG16 CNN,
creating and training the model with our fabric dataset, and
deploying the model onto Raspberry Pi for real-world
implementation. In conclusion, the experimental results
demonstrate a class accuracy of 83.33 percent on average
