Abstract:
This study aims to 1) to study the conflict management. 2) to study teamwork of teachers 3) to study the relationship between the conflict management and teamwork of teachers under Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The samples used in this research were 302 teachers of Maesuai district under Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The sample size was determined using Krejcie & Morgan and then Stratified sampling. This research has a consistency index of 0.671.00 and The confidence value of 0.89. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson Product Moment Correlation The results of this research found that: 1) the conflict management, overall, was at the highest level when considering By side, it was found that the method with the highest mean was the compromise method, followed by the cooperation and The avoidance method respectively and the method with the lowest mean is How to overcome 2) teamwork of teachers, overall, was at the highest level When considering each side, it was found that the aspect with the highest average values was the aspect with common goals, followed by the aspect of work participation and the aspect of acceptance, respectively and the aspect with the lowest average was communication. 3) the relationship between the conflict management and teamwork of teachers under Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 2.
