Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาการมีส่วนร่วมของครูในการดำเนินการประกันคุณภาพภายในของศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษ ส่วนกลาง กรุงเทพมหานคร และ 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการมีส่วนร่วมของครูในการดำเนินการประกันคุณภาพภายในของครูจำแนกตามเพศ ระดับการศึกษา ตำแหน่งงาน ประสบการณ์ทำงาน คุณวุฒิการศึกษา และสถานที่ปฏิบัติงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ครูของศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษ ส่วนกลาง ดินแดง และหน่วยบริการ ในปีการศึกษา 2565 จำนวน 110 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.98 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างรายคู่ด้วยวิธีของ Scheffe' ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ครูมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินการประกันคุณภาพภายในของศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษ ส่วนกลาง กรุงเทพมหานคร โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ครูที่เพศ ระดับการศึกษา ตำแหน่งงาน ประสบการณ์ทำงานต่างกัน มีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินการประกันคุณภาพภายในโดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน 3) ครูที่มีคุณวุฒิการศึกษาต่างกันและปฏิบัติงานในสถานที่ต่างกัน มีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินการประกันคุณภาพภายใน โดยรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05

Abstract: The objectives of this research were 1) to study teachers’ participation in education quality assurance 2) to compare teachers’ participation in education quality assurance of the Central Special Education Center in Bangkok. as classified by gender, educational level, work position, work experience, educational qualification and work place. The sample group were 110 teachers in the Central Special Education Center in Bangkok. The research tool was a 5 rating scale questionnaire with reliability at 0.98. The statistical analyses used in the data analysis include frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, T-test, One-way ANOVA, and Scheffe's method. The results of the research were as follows: 1) teachers’ participation in education quality assurance at the Central Special Education Center in overall and each aspect were rated at a high level. 2) The comparison of teachers’ participation in education quality assurance of the Central Special Education Center in Bangkok. as classified by gender, educational level, work position and work experience in over all were not difference but as classified by educational qualification and work places in overall and each aspect were statistically difference at 0.05 level
