Abstract:
The objective of this independent study was to investigate the human resource
management process affecting the performance among employees under a case study of ABC
Company Limited Nakhon Ratchasima Province. The sample consisted of 257 employees of ABC
Co., Ltd. A questionnaire was used as a research instrument for data collection. The hypothesis
testing results indicated that recruitment, selection, training and personnel development, and
performance appraisal were individual dimensions of human resource management process
affecting the performance among employees with a statistical significance level of 0.01. In
contrast, compensation and benefits did not affect the samples performance with statistical
significance. These variables had 79.60 percent of an influence forecasting the performance
among employees of ABC Company Limited, Nakhon Ratchasima Province (AdjR2 = 0.796).
