Abstract: วิจัยเรื่องนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1. สภาพการดำเนินงานการจัดการเรียนการสอน ในสถานการณ์โควิด-19 2. ปัญหาการจัดการเรียนการสอนในสถานการณ์โควิด-19 ของโรงเรียนสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือโรงเรียนสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยมีกลุ่มตัวอย่างและผู้ให้ข้อมูล จำนวนรวม 205 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือแบบสอบถาม แบ่งเป็น 3 ตอน ตอนที่ 1 ข้อมูลทั่วไปของผู้ให้ข้อมูล ตอนที่ 2 แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับสภาพและปัญหาการจัดการเรียนการสอนใน 5 รูปแบบ และตอนที่ 3 ข้อเสนอแนะ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ การแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย (x̄) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัย พบว่า สภาพการดำเนินงานการจัดการเรียนการสอนทั้ง 5 รูปแบบ ได้แก่ Online , On Air , On Hand , On Site และ On School Line โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (x̄ = 3.50) โดยรูปแบบ On Site และ Online มีสภาพการดำเนินงานอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อศึกษารายด้าน ด้านกระบวนการจัดการเรียนรู้พบว่า Online , On Site , On Hand, On School Line มีการดำเนินงานอยู่ในระดับมากตามลำดับ ด้านสื่อการเรียนการสอน และด้านการประเมินผลพบว่า On Site มีการดำเนินงาน อยู่ในระดับมาก ปัญหาการจัดการเรียนการสอนทั้ง 5 รูปแบบ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (x̄ = 3.43) โดยรูปแบบ Online มีปัญหาการดำเนินงานอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อศึกษารายด้าน ในด้านกระบวนการจัดการเรียนรู้พบว่า รูปแบบ On Site และ Online (x̄ = 3.50, S.D. = 0.49) มีปัญหาการดำเนินงาน อยู่ในระดับมากตามลำดับ ด้านสื่อการเรียนการสอนรูปแบบ Online, On Hand, On School Line มีปัญหาการดำเนินงานอยู่ในระดับปานกลางตามลำดับ และด้านการประเมินผลรูปแบบ On Site มีปัญหาการดำเนินงานอยู่ในระดับมาก

Abstract: The purposes of this research were: 1) to study learning and teaching conditions during Covid-19; 2) to understand the learning and teaching problems during the Covid-19 pandemic of Bangkok Metropolitan Administration schools. A sampling of 205 respondents including 3 parts: 1) respondents general information; 2) conditions and problems of teaching and learning management regarding 5 on approaches; 3) suggestions. Statistics for data analysis were Frequency, Percentage, Mean (x̄), Standard Deviation (S.D.), and Content Analysis. The results found the following: 1) Overall learning and teaching condition regarding 5 ways as Online, On Air , On Hand , On Site and On School Line approach were at a high level (x̄ = 3.50). Both onsite and online aspects were operated at a high level respectively. According to the study of each aspect, it was found that the learning management process regarding online, onsite, on hand, and on school Line were operated at a high level respectively. Learning media and evaluation regarding onsite aspect were operated at a high level. 2) Overall learning and teaching problems regarding 5 On approach were at a moderate level (x̄ = 3.43). Operation problems regarding the online aspect was operated in high scores of moderate level. According to the study of each aspect, it was found that the learning management process regarding onsite and online aspects were operated at a high level respectively. Teaching and learning media regarding the online aspect, on hand, on school Line were operated at a moderate level, respectively. Evaluation regarding onsite aspect was operated at a high level
