Abstract: 企业高层管理者都非常清楚商业伦理和企业责任在企业中的重要性。从公司 营角度来讲公司高层的行为时刻都受到社会舆论的关注。因为商 系到公司未来的前景发展。商业伦理和企业责任是一个大的行为标 国博仁大学中国东盟国际学院作为唯一所荣获高等教育质量保证 私立大学,其目标就是为社会培养未来的企业经理,商学院的学生是当今商业世 界的主导力量,其企业社会责任取向不仅影响到个人事业的发展,而且还涉及到 经济社会的长远发展,因此,商业伦理在现今这个社会中变得越来越重要,商学 院开设商业伦理的相关课程和培训甚至可以影响学生未来的选择道路。 贯彻本文的四个着力点,从经济伦理角度运用伦理联系实际等多学科综合 等多种方法对商业伦理企业社会责任伦理企业管理这四个关键着力点 的合并对商业伦理的概念和内容进行了深入探析。本文通过了解企业丑闻的不断 增加对商业伦理国内外的发展状况及国内外的商业伦理教育情况知道商业伦 理在企业当中的必要性本文的目的始终都是为了更好地为泰国博仁大学中国 东盟国际学院提供必要的参考依据,进而为泰国博仁大学一中国东盟国际学院的 商业伦理教育进行新的改革。
