Abstract:
The objectives of this research were 1) to study personal factors, motivating factors, sustaining factors, and organizational loyalty of distributors of ABC brand supplementary classified by personal factors; 2) to study factors affecting loyalty toward the organization of distributors of ABC brand supplementary and 3) to study the supporting factors affecting organizational loyalty of distributors of ABC brand supplementary. The sample group used in this study was 400 distributors of the ABC supplement brand selected by using questionnaires as a tool to collect data. The data were analyzed using percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The hypotheses were tested using independent sample t-test to compare the differences between the two groups of independent variables. The one-way ANOVA statistic was used to compare the differences among independent variables that had three groups or more, and multiple linear regressions was at a significance level of 0.05.
The results showed that most of the respondents were aged between 41 -50 years with average incomes in the range of 20,001 -30,000 baht. and they were business owners or selfemployed. Motivation factors, sustaining factors and overall organization loyalty were at the highest level. When considering each aspect, the hypothesis testing revealed that 1) personal factors: age, income , education and occupation difference showed that there was no different organizational loyalty among distributors of ABC brand supplementary; 2) the success factor affected organizational loyalty of distributors of ABC brand supplementary and 3) the sustaining factors related to relationship with coworkers, supervisor's supervision, job security, and salaries and benefits affected organizational loyalty of distributors of ABC brand supplementary.
