Abstract: ชื่อเรื่อง : แนวทางการพัฒนาการเสริมสร้างประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติราชการ ของครูโรงเรียนเฉพาะความพิการ ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ สังกัดสำนักบริหารงานการศึกษาพิเศษ ผู้วิจัย : นางสาวดวงตา ปุยละเทิม ปริญญา : ครุศาสตรมหาบัณฑิต (การบริหารจัดการการศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏมหาสารคาม อาจารย์ที่ปรึกษา : รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.กฤษกนก ดวงชาทม ปีที่สำเร็จการศึกษา : 2566 บทคัดย่อ งานวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ผลการศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ ความต้องการจำเป็นการเสริมสร้างประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติราชการของครู โรงเรียนเฉพาะความพิการ ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ สังกัดสำนักบริหารงานการศึกษาพิเศษ (2) ผลการศึกษาแนวทาง การพัฒนาการเสริมสร้างประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติราชการของครูโรงเรียนเฉพาะความพิการ ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ สังกัดสำนักบริหารงานการศึกษาพิเศษ การวิจัยแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ระยะ คือ ระยะที่ 1 ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ความต้องการจำเป็นการเสริมสร้างประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติราชการของครูโรงเรียนเฉพาะความพิการ ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ สังกัดสำนักบริหารงานการศึกษาพิเศษ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 290 คน จำแนกเป็นผู้บริหารโรงเรียน จำนวน 36 คน และครูผู้สอน จำนวน 254 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ได้ค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.89 และระยะที่ 2 ศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาการเสริมสร้างประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติราชของครู โรงเรียนเฉพาะความพิการ ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ สังกัดสำนักบริหารงานการศึกษาพิเศษกลุ่มเป้าหมายคือผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 10 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสัมภาษณ์และแบบประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของแนวทางมีค่า ความเชื่อมั่น 0.95 ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) สภาพปัจจุบันโดยรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับปานกลางส่วนสภาพที่พึงประสงค์โดยรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมากและมีค่าความต้องการจำเป็นเรียงตามลำดับจากค่าสูงสุด ยังต่ำสุดดังนี้ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอนด้านการพัฒนาตนเองและวิชาชีพด้านการบริหารจัด การชั้นเรียนตามลำดับ 2) แนวทางการพัฒนาการเสริมสร้างประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติราชการของครู โรงเรียนเฉพาะความพิการ ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ สังกัดสำนักบริหารงานการศึกษาพิเศษ ประกอบด้วย 1) ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน 2) ด้านการบริหารจัดการชั้นเรียน 3) ด้านการพัฒนาตนเองและวิชาชีพ และมีผลการประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก คำสำคัญ: การเสริมสร้างประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติราชการของครู, การศึกษาพิเศษ, ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ _______________________________________________ อาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาวิทยานิพนธ์ Title : Guidelines for Developing Teachers' Performance Enhancement Disability Specific School Northeast Under the Office of Special Education Administration. Sample group in this research. school administrator 36 people and teacher 254 people and the target group is 10 qualified persons. The instrument used in the research was a five level rating estimation questionnaire. With a confidence value of .89. and interview form. Statistics used in research. Percentage Mean Standard Deviation. The results of the research revealed that the survey results of the present and desirable conditions for the development and enhancement of teachers' performance in government service school for disabilities Northeast Under the Office of Special Education Administration found that the survey results of the current condition showed that the overall level was moderate. Desirable condition found that the overall level was at a high level. and the importance index of the necessary needs was found The overall aspect of learning management was 0.46. And the results of a study on the development guidelines for enhancing the efficiency of governmental performance of teachers school for disabilities Northeast Under the Office of Special Education Administration, it was found that everyone had the same opinion. Problems and suggestions for solutions Teaching management teachers do not understand Each child has different abilities. Therefore, teaching is not organized according to the potential of each child. Teachers do not understand that each child has different problems.
