Risk and benefit analysis of shared parking stakeholders in residential areas of Ningbo, China using game theory approach
Abstract:
In order to solve the problem of urban parking, the shared parking model is widely advocated as an effective solution. To fully understand and address the shared parking demands of stakeholders in the combination of land use and parking, promote the extension of shared parking models, and solve urban parking problems, this study deep analyzes and confirms the interests and risk lists of different stakeholders, establishes a quantitative analysis model for the interests and risks of different stakeholders in the combination of land use the structural equation model, and aims to maximize the interests of different stakeholders in the shared parking model, constructs a game model between different stakeholders in shared parking, solves the equilibrium value of the game, and proposes effective suggestions to address the shared demands of stakeholders based on the solution results. The research results of this article provide qualitative and quantitative analysis methods for clarifying the benefits and risks of shared parking for different stakeholders, and propose decision-making methods for resolving conflicts between different stakeholders in obtaining benefits and bearing risks.
