Abstract:
In the current context of social change, social justice is a critical issue and factor that is very important for
education management, especially the education management that fits cultural diversity. Thus, it is apparent that there is a relationship between social justice and education management. However, educators perspectives on social justice are still different and contested. Having a correct understanding about the basic concept of social justice, especially social justice in education in the context of the three southern border provinces of Thailand is essential. In this article, the authors aim to present basic concepts, significance and the promotion of social justice in education. These issues are important to educators and those who are involved in education. The correct understanding and scrutiny of related stakeholders on social justice in education will help them manage education appropriately and meet interpersonal differences as well as help develop students learning potential.
