Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพปจจุบัน และสภาพปัญหาแนวทางบริหารโรงเรียนสู่การเป็นโรงเรียนสุขภาวะ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสุรินทร์ 2) จัดทำแนวทางการบริหารโรงเรียนสู่การเป็นโรงเรียนสุขภาวะ 3) ประเมินแนวทางการบริหารโรงเรียนสู่การเป็นโรงเรียนสุขภาวะ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครู จำนวน 346 คน ได้มาจากการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบประเมินความเหมาะสมองค์ประกอบ แบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์ผลการปฏิบัติที่เป็นเลิศ แบบประเมินแนวทาง สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. สภาพปัจจุบันการบริหารโรงเรียนสู่การเป็นโรงเรียนสุขภาวะ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง สภาพปัญหาการบริหารโรงเรียนสู่การเป็นโรงเรียนสุขภาวะ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. การจัดทำแนวทางการบริหารโรงเรียนสู่การเป็นโรงเรียนสุขภาวะ โดยการศึกษาแนวปฏิบัติของสถานศึกษาที่เป็นแบบวิธีปฏิบัติที่เป็นเลิศ (Best Practice) ซึ่งจำแนกเป็น 5 ด้าน ประกอบด้วย 1) ด้านผู้เรียนเป็นสุข 2) ด้านโรงเรียนเป็นสุข 3) ด้านสภาพแวดล้อมเป็นสุข 4) ด้านครอบครัวเป็นสุข และ 5) ด้านชุมชนเป็นสุข 3. การประเมินแนวทางการบริหารโรงเรียนสู่การเป็นโรงเรียนสุขภาวะ มี 5 องค์ประกอบ 60 ตัวชี้วัด พบว่า มีความเหมาะสมโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก มีความเป็นไปได้โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และมีความเป็นประโยชน์โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก The purposes of this research were: 1) to study the current conditions and the problems of school administration to become a healthy school under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Surin; 2) to provide the guidelines for school administration to become a healthy school; and 3) to assess the guidelines for school administration to become a healthy school. The samples consisted of 346 school administrators and teachers received from a multi-stage sampling. Research tools comprised of an elemental suitability assessment form, a questionnaire, a best practice interview form, and a guideline assessment form. Statistics employed for data analysis were mean and standard deviation. The study found that: 1. The overall current condition of school administration to become the healthy school is at a moderate level while the overall problem of school administration to become the healthy school is at a high level. 2. The guideline for school administration to become the healthy school is provided based on the best practice of educational institutions and is classified into 5 elements including: 1) student happiness; 2) school happiness; 3) environment happiness; 4) family happiness; and 5) the community happiness. 3. Owing to the assessment of the guideline for school administration to become the healthy school based on the 5 elements and 60 indicators, the study showed that the overall suitability, possibility, and profitability of the guideline for school administration to become the healthy school developed by the researcher is at a high level.
