Abstract: การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับบทบาทผู้บริหารของศูนย์ฝึกอบรมวิชาชีพประจำอำเภอสังกัดอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ 2) ศึกษาระดับการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมของศูนย์ฝึกอบรมวิชาชีพประจำอำเภอสังกัดอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ 3) เปรียบเทียบบทบาทผู้บริหารของศูนย์ฝึกอบรมวิชาชีพประจำอำเภอสังกัดอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ จำแนกตามเพศ ประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน 4) เปรียบเทียบการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมของศูนย์ฝึก อบรมวิชาชีพประจำอำเภอสังกัดอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ จำแนกตามเพศ ตำแหน่ง 5) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบทบาทของผู้บริหารกับการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมของศูนย์ฝึกอบรมวิชาชีพประจำอำเภอสังกัดอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ และ 6) ประมวลข้อเสนอแนะบทบาทของผู้บริหารกับการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมของศูนย์ฝึกอบรมวิชาชีพประจำอำเภอสังกัดอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที (T-Test) การทดสอบค่าเอฟ (F-Test) และหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ระดับบทบาทผู้บริหารของศูนย์ฝึกอบรมวิชาชีพประจำอำเภอสังกัดอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ระดับการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมของศูนย์ฝึกอบรมวิชาชีพประจำอำเภอสังกัดอาชีว ศึกษาจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 3. ผลการการเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของระดับบทบาทของผู้บริหารศูนย์ฝึกอบรมวิชาชีพประจำอำเภอสังกัดอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ จำแนกตามเพศ ประสบการณ์ในการทำงานพบว่า บทบาทของผู้บริหารศูนย์ฝึกอบรมวิชาชีพประจำอำเภอสังกัดอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน 4. ผลการเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของระดับการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมของศูนย์ฝึกอบรมวิชาชีพประจำอำเภอสังกัดอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ จำแนกตามเพศ ตำแหน่งพบว่า การบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมของศูนย์ฝึกอบรมวิชาชีพประจำอำเภอสังกัดอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน 5. ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบทบาทของผู้บริหารศูนย์ฝึกอบรมวิชาชีพประจำอำเภอสังกัดอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้กับการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมของศูนย์ฝึกอบรมวิชาชีพประจำอำเภอสังกัดอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้โดยรวมมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับสูงอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ข้อเสนอแนะในการวิจัยบทบาทของผู้บริหารในการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมของศูนย์ฝึก อบรมวิชาชีพประจำอำเภอสังกัดอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ควรมีการทำงานในรูปแบบร่วมกันตัดสินใจและมีส่วนร่วมภายในสถานศึกษาโดยมีการกำหนดหน้าที่ในการทำงานอย่างชัดเจน และนำผลจากการประเมินไปใช้ในการดำเนินการต่าง ๆ ภายในสถานศึกษาอย่างต่อเนื่อง

Abstract: The objectives of this study were 1) to study the executive role level of the district vocational training center under the vocational education in the southern border provinces 2) to study the level of participatory administration of the district vocational training center 3) to compare the roles of administrators of district vocational training centers under the vocational education in the southern border provinces classified by gender, work experience 4) to compare the participatory administration of the district vocational training center 5) to study the relationship between the roles of administrators and participatory management of the district vocational training centers and 6) to compile recommendations on the roles of administrators in the participatory administration of the district vocational training centers under vocational education in the southern border provinces. Data analysis used frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, T-Test, F-Test and Pearson’s correlation coefficient. The research results were as follows: 1. Executive roles of the district vocational training center under vocational education in the southern border provinces overall, it was at a high level. 2. The level of participatory management of the district vocational training center under vocational education in the southern border provinces, overall picture, it was at a high level. 3. The comparison of the role levels differences of the district vocational training center administrators were found that the roles of the administrators of the district vocational training centers were classified by gender, work experience under the vocational education in the southern border provinces, overall and each aspect were not different. 4. The results of the comparison of the differences in the level of participatory management of the district vocational training center were found that the participatory administration of the district vocational training centers was classified by gender, work experience and position under the vocational education in the southern border provinces, overall and each aspect were not different. 5. The relationship between the roles of the district vocational training center administrators under the vocational education in the southern border provinces with the participatory administration of the district vocational training center under vocational education southern border provinces, overall, there was a high level of a positive correlation with a statistical significance of .01. Recommendations for roles of administrators in participatory administration of vocational training centers in the districts of vocational education centers in the southern border provinces included: they should work in the form of collaborative decision-making and participation within educational institutions. The duties of work are clearly defined. and apply the results of the assessment to use in various operations within the educational institutions on an ongoing basis.
