Abstract:
The objectives of this research were (1) to study the levels of opinion, transformational leadership factors, human resource development, organizational innovation and digital transformation (2) to analyze the influence of transformational leadership, human resource development, and organizational innovation towards digital organization transformation of agencies under the Provincial Electricity Authority Region 1, the northern region. It was a combined research. The sample group consisted of 500 employees, level 3-7 of the Provincial Electricity Authority Region 1, the Northern Region. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The method of collecting information was online and 40 participants in the qualitative research group. The data were analyzed by structural equations with AMOS program and content analysis. The results of the analysis of the level of opinions in each aspect were averaged at a high level and found that the causal influence on digital transformation of agencies under the Provincial Electricity Authority Region 1, North Region consisted of (1) transformational leadership (2) Human resource development and (3) organizational innovation; Especially, the organizational innovation factor had the most direct influence and human resource development factors had the overall greatest influence on digital transformation. The results of such research were a new body of knowledge that could be considered as a guideline for human resource development, including organizational innovation strategies for digital transformation. It could also be used as a guideline for the Provincial Electricity Authority in other areas and, as a result of the research should be further studied on transformational leadership factors that did not influence organizational innovation, as they had the least influence on the issue of promoting creativity. Moreover, researchers should study the factors of human resource development in the role of interstitial variables between transformational leadership and digital transformation.
