Abstract:
This research aimed to: 1) investigate the leadership of the administrators of schools under the Saraburi Primary Educational Service Area Office, 2) examine the effectiveness of the schools under the Saraburi Primary Educational Service Area Office, and 3) explore the administrators leadership affecting the effectiveness of the schools under the Saraburi Primary Educational Service Area Office.
The sample group, derived from cluster sampling, consisted of 322 teachers of schools under the Saraburi Primary Educational Service Area Office, the academic year 2020. The instrument for data collection was a questionnaire. The statistical techniques used for data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis.
The research results revealed the followings: 1) the overall leadership of the administrators of schools under the Saraburi Primary Educational Service Area Office was at a high level. 2) The overall effectiveness of the schools under the Saraburi Primary Educational Service Area Office was also at a high level. 3) The aspects of the administrators leadership with the highest capability to predict the effectiveness of the schools under the Saraburi Primary Educational Service Area Office were the ability to generate motivation, charisma, and creative thinking, respectively, at the statistically significant level of .05. The predictive power of all said factors reached 87.60 with an error range of 0.207.
