Abstract:
The purposes of this research were to develop the Thai-Psychology Capital Inventory-44 Items (TPCI-44Items, developed by Sucheera Phattharayuttawat et al. in B.E.2561) into web-based version and measure internal consistency reliability of the TPCI web-based version, correlation between the TPCI web-based version and paper-based version, and subjects' satisfaction on the TPCI web-based version. The sample of the study was 170 grade 11 students (Mattayom 5th) in Rachawinit Bangkae Pankhum School, Bangkok. The research found that TPCI web-based version obtained a high internal consistency reliability at 0.938, and there was a high positive correlation between the TPCI web-based version and the TPCI paper-based version (r=0.951) with a significant difference at p <0.01. Regarding the level of satisfaction, the subjects were very satisfied with the TPCI web-based version.The research showed that the TPCI web-based version can be an alternative tool to assess the psychological capital for Thai.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำมาตรต้นทุนทางจิตวิทยาสำหรับคนไทยฉบับ 44 ข้อ ที่พัฒนาโดย สุชีรา ภัทรายุตวรรตน์ และคณะ ในปีพ.ศ. 2561 มาพัฒนาต่อยอดในรูปแบบเว็บไซต์ ผ่านการศึกษาค่าความเชื่อมั่นเชิงความสอดคล้องภายใน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์และระดับความพึงพอใจจากการใช้มาตรต้นทุนทางจิตวิทยารูปแบบเว็บไซต์ โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยครั้งนี้คือ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5 โรงเรียนราชวินิตบางแคปานขำ จำนวน 170 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า มาตรต้นทุนทางจิตวิทยารูปแบบเว็บไซต์ มีค่าความสอดคล้องภายในเท่ากับ 0.938 รวมถึงค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของมาตรต้นทุนทางจิตวิทยารูปแบบเว็บไซต์มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกในระดับสูง (r = 0.951) กับมาตรต้นทุนทางจิตวิทยารูปแบบกระดาษ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 ในขณะเดียวกันด้านความพึงพอใจต่อการใช้งานมาตรต้นทุนทางจิตวิทยารูปแบบเว็บไซต์ พบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับสูงมาตรทั้งฉบับ จากผลการวิจัยแสดงให้เห็นว่ามาตรต้นทุนทางจิตวิทยารูปแบบเว็บไซต์มีประสิทธิภาพเพียงพอเป็นทางเลือกหนึ่งในการใช้ประเมินต้นทุนทางจิตวิทยา
