Abstract: This study was a multi-method research aimed to 1) study the characteristics and expressions of the constructivist leadership, 2) identify the factors and the influential level of constructivist leadership and constructivist community, 3) explore the policy and community developing management that affect the community leaders as well as various community development including the participation of the community leaders and 4) examine the correspondence of the model and the index of the constructivist leadership of the community leaders developed from the empirical data under the quantitative and qualitative research approaches, A questionnaire was employed in the quantitative study, while the documentary study was conducted in the qualitative research approach, along with an in-depth interview, focused group interview, and a case study of 6 communities. It was revealed that, holistically, the characteristics and expressions of the constructivist leadership of the community leaders was at a high level ( x = 4.46) with the deviation of 0.60. The study on the factors and the influential levels showed that the community problem, the inspiration within the community, the community conflict, and the interaction of the community leaders affected the constructivist leadership of the community at a statistically significant level of 0.001 with the Multiple Correlation Coefficient value of (R2) 0.630. The aforementioned influences affected the constructivist leadership of the community leaders at 63.00% and this could forecast the constructivist leadership up to 63.00% with the standard deviation of ± 0.42. The study also revealed that policy and community development management was at a high level and it affected the community development, the study on the correspondence of the model and the index of the constructivist leadership of the community leaders developed from the empirical data, showed a correspondence with the p-value at 0.650.

Abstract: การวิจัยใช้ระเบียบวิธีการวิจัยแบบพหุวิธีที่เป็นการผนวกรวมการวิจัยในหลายๆ รูปแบบมาใช้ร่วมกัน โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาคุณลักษณะและการแสดงออกในความเป็นผู้นำ แบบสรรค์สร้างนิยมของผู้นำ ชุมชนในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร 2) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยและระดับอิทธิพลต่อความเป็นผู้นำ ชุมชนแบบสรรค์สร้างนิยมและการสรรค์สร้างชุมชน 3) เพื่อศึกษานโยบายและการจัดการพัฒนาชุมชนของกรุงเทพมหานครที่ส่งผลต่อผู้นำ ชุมชน ตลอดจนการพัฒนาที่หลากหลายของชุมชนและการมีส่วนร่วมพัฒนา หรือสรรค์สร้างชุมชนของผู้นำชุมชนเทียบเคียงระหว่างชุมชน 4) เพื่อตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องของแบบจำลอง และดัชนีวัดความเป็นผู้นำ แบบสรรค์สร้างนิยมของผู้นำ ชุมชนที่พัฒนาขึ้นกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ภายใต้ระเบียบวิธีการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ นำการวิจัย เชิงคุณภาพที่ใช้เครื่องมือวิจัยโดยอาศัยวิธีเก็บข้อมูล 7 วิธี คือ การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณใช้แบบสอบถาม การประเมิน ตนเองของผู้นำชุมชม ในส่วนของการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพเป็นการวิจัยเอกสารถึงนโยบายและการจัดการของ กรุงเทพมหานคร การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกในระดับผู้บริหาร การสนทนากลุ่มจำนวน 3 กลุ่ม ตลอดจนการศึกษาเป็น รายกรณีจาก 6 ชุมชนเข้มแข็ง ผลการวิจัยพบว่าคุณลักษณะและการแสดงออกในความเป็นผู้นำ แบบสรรค์สร้าง นิยมของผู้นำชุมชน โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ( x = 4.46) ที่ส่วนเบี่ยงเบน 0.60 ส่วนปัจจัยและระดับอิทธิพล พบว่าสถานการณ์ที่เป็นปัญหาชุมชน แรงจูงใจภายในชุมชน ความขัดแย้งของชุมชนและปฏิสัมพันธ์ของผู้นำ ชุมชนส่งผลต่อความเป็นผู้นำ ชุมชนเชิงสรรค์สร้างนิยม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.001 โดยมีค่า สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์พหุคูณ (R2) 0.630 กล่าวคืออิทธิพลทั้ง 4 (สถานการณ์ที่เป็นปัญหาชุมชน ความขัดแย้ง ของชุมชน ปฏิสัมพันธ์ของผู้นำ ชุมชน และแรงจูงใจภายในชุมชน) มีผลต่อปัจจัยของความเป็นผู้นำชุมชนเชิงสรรค์ สร้างนิยมร้อยละ 63.00 โดยสามารถพยากรณ์ถึงความเป็นผู้นำเชิงสรรค์สร้างนิยมได้ร้อยละ 63.00 มีความคลาด เคลื่อนมาตรฐานในการพยากรณ์เท่ากับ ± 0.42 ส่วนนโยบายและการจัดการพัฒนาชุมชนอยู่ในระดับมากที่มีผลต่อ การพัฒนาชุมชน ในขณะที่ผลการตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องของแบบจำลองและดัชนีวัดความเป็นผู้นำ เชิงสรรค์ สร้างนิยมของผู้นำ ชุมชนที่พัฒนาขึ้นกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ มีความสอดคล้องด้วยค่า p-value ที่ 0.650
