Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมาย เพื่อศึกษาการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการบริหารงาน ขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลโนนยอ อำเภอชุมพวง จังหวัดนครราชสีมา และเพื่อศึกษาความ คิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะของประชาชนเกี่ยวกับการบริหารงานขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลโนนยอ อำเภอชุมพวง จังหวัดนครราชสีมา ได้กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวล่างตามตารางเร็จรูปของ เครจซี่ และมอร์แกนได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน จำนวน 361 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวม ข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม มี 3 ลักษณะคือ แบบตรวจสอบรายการ แบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 6 ระดับ และคำถามแบบปลายเปิดได้ค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.9730 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัย พบว่าการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการบริหารงาน ขององค์การตำบลโนนยอ อำเภอชุมพวง จังหวัดนครราชสีมา โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (X-414) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า มี 3 ด้านอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และการมีส่วนร่วมอยู่ในระดับน้อยอีก 1 ด้าน โดยเรียงลำดับจากด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากไปหาน้อย ได้ดังนี้ ด้านการมีส่วนร่วม 1 ในผลประโยชน์ (X=4.44) ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการตัดสินใจ (X-4.42) ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการ ดำเนินกิจกรรม (X=4.39) และด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการประเมินผล (X-3.32) ตามลำดับ ส่วนความคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะอื่น ๆ ของประชาชนที่มีการบริหารงานองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลโนนยอ อำเภอชุมพวง จังหวัดนครราชสีมา ที่มีจำนวนมากที่สุดคือ ควรให้ประชาชนมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดกิจกรรมโครงการส่งเสริมอาชีพ และควรมีการประชาสัมพันธ์ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับ การจัดซื้อจัดจ้างให้มากขึ้น ตามลำดับ

Abstract: This study aimed 1) to examine people's participation in administration of Non Yor Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Chum Phuang district, Nakhon Ratchasima province; and 2) to explore opinions and suggestions of people towards the administration of Non Yor Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Chum Phuang district, Nakhon Ratchasima province. The sample size was 361 people determined by using the table of Krejcie and Morgan. The instrument used to collect the data was a questionnaire which comprised three types: check list, 6- point rating scale, and open-ended questions. The reliability level of the questionnaire was at 0.973. Statistics used to analyze the data were percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The results revealed that people's participation in administration of Non Yor Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Chum Phuang district, Nakhon Ratchasima province was at a moderate level (X=4.14) in overall aspect. When considering each aspect, it was evident that the three aspects were at a moderate level while one aspect concerning people's participation was at a low level which can be arranged from the highest to the lowest as the aspect of participation in benefits (X-4.44), the aspect of participation in decision making (X-4.42), the aspect of participation in activities (X-4.39), and the aspect of participation in assessment (X=3.32), respectively. Regarding the opinions and suggestions of the people towards the administration of Non Yor Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Chum Phuang district, Nakhon Ratchasima province which received the largest number was that people should be involved in the activities of career promotion projects and more information about procurement should be publicized, respectively.
