Influence of creativity and adversity quotient on career success of organization's management in automotive parts industry in Amata City Chonburi Industrial Estate
Abstract:
The objectives of this research was to study 1. the levels of creativity and adversity quotient and career success 2. the relationship of creativity and adversity quotient and career success and 3.predictionof the level of creativity and adversity quotient and career success of an organizations management in the automotive parts industry in Amata City Chonburi Industrial Estate. This research is a quantitative survey research. The sample in this study was employees of management level working in the automotive parts industry in Amata City Chonburi Industrial Estate. Determine the sample size in the case of an unknown population of 385 people which uses Multistage Sampling by starting from Simple Random Sampling and randomly by a raffleofno returnand uses Convenience Sampling. The research instrument was a structured closed-ended questionnaire. The analysed descriptive statistics by using frequency, percentage, Mean and Standard Deviation and statistical inference by using the Pearson Correlation Coefficient and Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis. In this research, 400 questionnaires were returned in perfect condition, representing 100%. Overall, the results of the study showed that the management level staff had the highest level of adversity quotient. Creativity and career success are at a high level. The results with statistical inference was accepted the hypothesis in which creativityand adversity quotient and career success there was a high level of positive correlation which adversity quotient and creativity made significant differences to career success. Using a significant level of 0.05, as they successfully predicted the level of career success at the rate of 56.4%
