Abstract: การวิจัยเรื่อง "การศึกษากลไกการจัดการและเครือข่ายการท่องเที่ยวของชุมซนปราสาทขอม ในจังหวัดสุรินทร์" มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษากลไกการจัดการและเครือข่ายการท่องเที่ยว ชุมชนปราสาทขอมในจังหวัดสุรินทร์ 2) เพื่อเสริมสร้างเครือข่ายการท่องเที่ยวของชุมชนปราสาทขอม ในจังหวัดสุรินทร์ 3) เพื่อประยุกต์ใช้กระบวนการสร้างเครือข่ายของชุมชนปราสาทขอมในจังหวัด สุรินทร์ เป็นการวิจัยเชิงเอกสารและคุณภาพ โดยใช้เครื่องมือวิจัยประกอบด้วย แบบสังเกต แบบ สัมภาษณ์ กับกลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลักจำนวน 2 กลุ่มได้แก่ นักวิชาการด้านการท่องเที่ยวปราสาทขอม วัฒนธรรมและด้านการท่องเที่ยว และผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลักประจำแหล่งท่องเที่ยวชุมชน แล้วนำมาวิเคราะห์ สังเคราะห์ ตีความ อธิบาย สรุปเชิงพรรณนา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลไกที่ขับเคลื่อนการท่องเที่ยวปราสาทขอมในจังหวัดสุรินทร์ประกอบด้วย รัฐธรรมนูญ นโยบายของรัฐบาลที่สนับสนุนส่งเสริมการอนุรักษ์และการท่องเที่ยวสถานที่โบรารณสถานและการ ท่องเที่ยวชุมชน กรมศิลปากรณ์โดยพิพิธภัณฑ์สถานแห่งชาติสุรินทร์ เป็นแหล่งข้อมูลในการให้ความรู้ เกี่ยวกับโบราณสถานโบราณวัตถุและข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับปราสาทขอมในจังหวัดสุรินทร์ และเป็นหน่วยงาน ที่คอยดูแลรักษาบูรณะปฏิสังขรณ์ปราสาทขอมในจังหวัดสุรินทร์ องค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดสุรินทร์ เป็นหน่วยงานที่สนับสนุนส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวจังหวัดสุรินทร์ สนับสนุนงบประมาณให้ชุมชนจัด กิจกรรมการท่องเที่ยวเช่นกิจกรรมบวงสรวงปราสาทขอม การเสริมสร้างเครือข่ายการท่องเที่ยวชุมชนปราสาทขอมในงานวิจัยนี้ประกอบด้วยชุมชน ปราสาทขอม 4 แห่งคือ ปราสาทศีขรภูมิ ปราสาทช่างปี ปราสาทภูมิโปนและปราสาทตาเมือน ซึ่งได้มี การแบ่งประเด็นในการศึกษาประด้วยประเด็นด้านต่าง ๆ 5 ด้าน ดังนี้ 1) ด้านบุคคล 2) ด้านการ ประสานงานระหว่างเครือข่าย 3) ด้านการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้และประสบการณ์ระหว่างเครือข่าย 4) ด้านกระบวนการทำงาน 5 ) ด้านผู้นำวิสัยทัศน์ นโยบายและยุทธศาสตร์ การประยุกต์ใช้กระบวนการสร้างเครือข่ายการท่องเที่ยวปราสาทขอมสรุปตามเครือข่ายที่มี อยู่เดิมจากการศึกษาสภาพของเครือข่ายการท่องเที่ยวปราสาทขอมจังหวัดสุรินทร์ ด้านการรวมตัวกัน และความเป็นอิสระของเครือข่าย การขยายผลการท่องเที่ยวไปยังชุมชนอื่น การเรียนรู้แล้ว ประสบการณ์ร่วมกัน ทั้งสามด้านนี้อยู่ในช่วงการเริ่มต้น สำหรับด้านกระบวนการทำงานเชื่อมโยงกับ ชุมชนต่างๆ และความร่วมมือในการสร้างคุณภาพการบริการ ดำเนินการได้ดีในบางพื้นที่ ส่วนด้าน ความร่วมมือในการพัฒนาบุคลากรการท่องเที่ยวให้มีศักยภาพ คำสำคัญ : กลไก,การจัดการ,เครือข่ายการท่องเที่ยว,ปราสาทขอม

Abstract: Research subject The study of the management mechanism and tourism network of the Khmer Prasat community in Surin province had the objectives: 1) To Study the management mechanism and tourism network of the Khmer Prasat community in Surin province; 2) To strengthen the network of tourism. 3) To apply the process of building a network of Prasat Khmer community in Surin province. It is a documented and qualitative research. The research tools consisted of an observation form, an interview form, and two groups of key informants, namely, tourism scholars in the Khmer cultural castle and tourism. and key informant for community tourist attractions and then analyzed, synthesized, interpreted, explained, descriptive conclusions The results showed that Mechanisms that drive tourism to the Khmer castle in Surin include: Constitution, a government policy that supports the conservation and tourism of ancient sites and community tourism. Fine Arts Department by the Surin National Museum It is a resource to educate about ancient relics, antiques and information about the Khmer castle in Surin. and is an agency that maintains and restores the Khmer castle in Surin Provincial Administrative Organization is an agency that supports tourism promotion in Surin Province. Support the budget for the community to organize tourism activities such as worshiping the Khmer castle. The strengthening of tourism networks of Prasat Khmer communities in this research consisted of 4 Khmer Prasat communities namely Prasat Sikhoraphum. Chang Bei Castle Prasat Phum Phon and Prasat Ta Muen The issues in the study were divided into 5 different areas as follows: 1 ) the aspect of the people 2 ) the coordination between the networks 3) the exchange of knowledge and experiences between the networks 4) the work process 5) Vision Leader policy and strategy The application of the process of building a Khmer castle tourism network summarized according to the existing network from a study of the condition of the Khmer castle tourism network in Surin province. Aspects of integration and network independence Extending tourism to other communities learning and then sharing experiences These three aspects are in the early stages. For the process of working to connect with various communities and cooperation in building service quality Performs well in some areas As for cooperation in the development of tourism personnel to have potential.
