Abstract: การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับความคิดเห็นต่อคุณภาพชีวิต และเพื่อ เปรียบเทียบคุณภาพชีวิตของประชาชนที่อาศัยอยู่ในเขตนิคมอุตสาหกรรม 304 ตำบลท่าตูม อำเภอศรีมหาโพธิ จังหวัดปราจีนบุรี โดยจำแนกตามปัจจัยพื้นฐานส่วนบุคคล ปัจจัยด้าน ผลกระทบทางสิ่งแวดล้อมปัจจัยด้านการมีส่วนร่วม และปัจจัยด้านการรับรู้ข่าวสารกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ประชาชนที่อาศัยอยู่ในเขตนิคมอุตสาหกรรม 304 ตำบลท่าตูม อำเภอศรีมหาโพธิ จังหวัด ปราจีนบุรี จำนวน 391 คน เครื่องมือวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ คือ การแจกแจง ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ การหาค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ในการทดสอบสมมติฐาน ด้วย สถิติ t-test และF-test ผลการวิจัยตามวัตถุประสงค์ สรุปได้ดังต่อไปนี้ 1. การสำรวจระดับความคิดเห็นต่อ คุณภาพชีวิตของประชาชนที่อาศัยอยู่ในเขตนิคมอุตสาหกรรม 304 ในภาพรวมปรากฏว่า ค่าเฉลี่ย ผลรวมความคิดเห็นต่อคุณภาพชีวิตเป็นไปในทางบวกเมื่อพิจารณารายข้อพบว่า 1.1 ด้านสงคม พบว่า เรื่องที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพชีวิตมากที่สุดคือ ทำให้เกิดความเจริญเติบโตด้านเศรษฐกิจและความ มั่งคั่งให้แก่คนในชุมชน และทำให้เกิดการสร้างงานและอาชีพใหม่ ๆ ขึ้นในชุมชน 1.2 ด้าน กายภาพพบว่าเรื่องที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพชีวิตมากที่สุดคือ ส่งผลต่อความหนาแน่นของประชากรใน พื้นที่และส่งผลเสียต่อสิ่งแวดล้อมในชุมชน และ 1.3 ด้านจิตวิทยาพบว่าเรื่องที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพ ชีวิตมากที่สุดคือทำให้คนในชุมชนขาดคุณธรรมจริยธรรมในการใช้ชีวิต เช่น ขาดความสามัคคี ในชุมชน และทำให้สุขภาพจิตของคนแย่ลง เช่น มีอารมณ์รุนแรงขึ้น 2. การทดสอบสมติฐาน พบว่า ประชาชนที่มีอายุสถานภาพ อาชีพ หมู่บ้าน ปัจจัยด้านผลกระทบต่อสิ่งแวดล้อมปัจจัยด้าน การมีส่วนร่วม และช่องทางในการรับรู้ข่าวสารแตกต่างกัน จะมีคุณภาพชีวิตแตกต่างกัน อย่างมี นัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ซึ่งยอมรับสมติฐานที่ตั้งไว้แต่ประชาชนที่มีเพศระดับการศึกษา รายได้ จำนวนสมาชิกในครอบครัว และความถี่ในการรับรู้ข่าวสาร จะมีคุณภาพชีวิต ไม่แตกต่าง กัน ซึ่งปฏิเสธสมมตฐานที่ตั้งไว้ The purpose of this research was to study the standard opinions for the life’s quality and compare of the Quality of Life People living in 304 Indutrial Estates Thatum Sub-district, Si Maha Phot District, Prachin Buri Province. By using personal factors, environment effect factors, coordinate factors and the getting news factors. The sampling is the 391 people who living in 304 Indutrial Estates Thatum Sub-districts, Si Maha Phot District, Prachin Buri Province. The instruments used for research was the questionnaires. The data were analyzed by using frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation, t-test and f-test. The results showed that. 1. Surveying quality of people’s life who live in 304 Indutrial Estates Thatum Sub-districts, Si Maha Phot District, Prachin Buri Province. The averages are medium in every factor. When surveying in each factor, the average is medium too. These can be sorted in ascending order as follows: social, physical and psychological. 1.1 Social: It was found that the quality of life was most affected. The economic and prosperity for people in the community. And always get a new job for people in the community. 1.2 Physical: It was found that the quality of life was most affected. Affect the density of population in the area and negatively affect the environment in the community. And 1.3 Psychological: was found that the quality of life was most affected. The people in the community lack of morality in living. Such as lack of unity in the community and the mental health of the person get worse, such as a sharp temper. 2. Hypothesis testing was found the people who have a different age, career and status will get all resource factors as follow in the different ways were significant difference at the 0.05 level of department. But the people who have sex, educational level , income, the number of family members and frequency of receive news will have a quality of life not different. Which rejected the presupposition.
