Abstract: This thesis entitled “Key Success Factors in the Propagation of Buddhism: A Case Study of Wat Phradhammakaya in Singapore” which consists of three objectives, namely: - 1) To study the history and development of Wat Phradhammakaya, Singapore 2) To study the management and Buddhist doctrines for the key success factors in the Propagation of Buddhism in Wat Phradhammakaya, Singapore 3) To propose the key success factors in the propagation of Buddhism of Wat Phradhammakaya, Singapore. The research utilizes a qualitative method and area-based study. The research instruments were in-depth interview, focus group with specialist and group discussion. Eighteen persons samples for a leader and staff-volunteers in Wat Phraddhammakaya, Singapore The findings have been found that Wat Phradhammakaya, Singapore has many factors that brought to the achievement. The results were shown four development WPDS as follow: 1) Languages 2) Application to daily life 3) Meditation Courses 4) Volunteers. The management of Wat Phra Dhammakaya, Singapore (WPDS). The results were shown two management that makes WPDS successful as follows: 1) Hardware (Structure, System, Strategy) management by leadership: Venerable Somkiat Varavangso, set up the policy, work plan, work strategy, the operational guidelines, supervises, follows up, and operation. There are more than thirty strengths for the administration of WPDS, which are the strength that leads to success. It might not be as successful without the fuel or propellant that is the mental drive and physical energy of the team. 2) Software (Staff, Style, Skill) management by volunteers, emphasize of service mind, duty of a Kalayanamitra (Good Friends). Which is the fuel that makes the hardware be able to accomplish the goals of the organization. Personnel and the mental aspect are the energy that allows the organization to reach success. According to the principle of key success factors in the propagation of Buddhism Wat Phradhammakaya, Singapore, the doctrines related to 1) Hardware (Structure, System, Strategy) Sappurisadhamma, Aparihāniyadhamma and Six directions, Vihāradhamma. 2) Software (Staff, Style, Skill) Yonisomanasikāra, principle of Paratoghosa plus with Sappurisadhamma. The Dhamma principle that can cover wholly to work with happiness and success that is Vihāradhamma. The key success factors in the propagation of Buddhism of Wat Phra dhammakaya, Singapore, there are two successes found 1) Leadership: Venerable Somkiat Varavangso, has taken that as the strength 2) Local Volunteers, the high- quality resource of volunteers in Singapore that is the local people emphasizes service mind and duty of a Kalayanamitra (Good Friends). Local volunteers who are the energy to success. Wat Phra dhammakaya, Singapore utilizes the people to propel toward the goal of the organization.
