Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาวิถีชีวิตพึ่งตนเองวิถีธรรมของชุมชนปฐมอโศก จังหวัดนครปฐม 2) เพื่อศึกษากลยุทธ์พึ่งตนเองวิถีธรรมของชุมชนปฐมอโศก จังหวัดนครปฐม 3) เพื่อนำเสนอกลยุทธ์พึ่งตนเองวิถีธรรมของชุมชนปฐมอโศก จังหวัดนครปฐม ใช้รูปแบบการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative Research) ใช้วิธีการศึกษาเอกสาร สัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก การสังเกต และสนทนากลุ่ม นำข้อมูลมาวิเคราะห์ สังเคราะห์ และนำเสนอผลการวิจัย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. กลยุทธ์พึ่งตนเองวิถีธรรมของชุมชนปฐมอโศก จังหวัดนครปฐม พบว่า วิถีชีวิตพึ่งตนเองวิถีธรรมของชุมชนปฐมอโศก จังหวัดนครปฐม เป็นวิถีชีวิตที่เรียบง่าย กินง่าย อยู่ง่าย กินน้อย ใช้น้อย ดำเนินชีวิตตามหลักธรรมคำสอนของศาสนาพุทธ พึ่งตนเองวิถีทางโลก ด้วยปัจจัย 4 ทำกสิกรรมไร้สารพิษ พึ่งตนเองวิถีธรรม ด้วยการปฏิบัติตนตามหลักธรรมคำสอนต่าง ๆ อย่างเคร่งครัด และพัฒนาจิตใจตามศักยภาพของตนเองอันมีเป้าหมายสูงสุดคือโลกุตระหรือนิพพาน 2. กลยุทธ์การพัฒนาการพึ่งตนเองวิถีธรรมของชุมชนปฐมอโศก จังหวัดนครปฐม ใช้ SWOT Analysis & TOWS Matrix เพื่อพัฒนา 5 ด้าน ได้แก่ 1) ด้านวิถีชีวิตปกติ 2) ด้านการปฏิบัติธรรม 3) ด้านบุคลากร 4) ด้านเทคโนโลยี และเครื่องจักร และ 5) ด้านเครือข่าย 3. นำเสนอกลยุทธ์การพัฒนาการพึ่งตนเองวิถีธรรมของชุมชนปฐมอโศก จังหวัดนครปฐม ทั้ง 5 ด้าน เพื่อเป็นทางเลือกในการพึ่งตนเองอย่างยั่งยืน คือ 1) ให้ความรู้เรื่องโภชนาการเพิ่มเติมหรือจัดนักโภชนาการหรือชาวชุมชนฯ ที่มีความรู้เรื่องโภชนาการ ให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับอาหารหรือสารอาหาร เพื่อให้ชาวชุมชนฯ ได้รับอาหารหรือสารอาหารที่ถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน เหมาะสม และ ถูกสุขลักษณะ 2) เพิ่มความถี่การจัดประชุม เพื่อให้ชุมชนได้พบปะกันมากขึ้น ได้ปรึกษาหารือแก้ปัญหา และเพิ่มช่องทางการติดต่อสื่อสารทุกช่องทาง ทั้งชนิดสนทนาต่อหน้ากัน และสนทนาผ่านการส่งข้อความตอบโต้กัน 3) เพิ่มจำนวนการรับสมัครนักเรียนสัมมาสิกขาปฐมอโศก เพื่อเพิ่มแรงงานคน 4) จัดหาเทคโนโลยีสมัยใหม่หรือเครื่องจักรที่ทันสมัย เพื่อนำมาใช้ทดแทนกำลังแรงคน และเพื่อแบ่งเบาแรงาน เพื่อความสะดวก เพื่อให้ผลิตภัณฑ์มีคุณภาพได้มาตรฐาน และ 5) เพิ่มการจัดประชุม สัมมนา อบรม เพื่อให้สมาชิกเครือข่ายได้พบปะปรึกษาหารือกัน และร่วมมือกับภาครัฐ เอกชน หรือสถาบันศึกษา ศึกษาวิจัยพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ เมล็ดพันธุ์ และต้นกล้าพันธุ์

Abstract: The study consisted of the following objectives: 1) to investigate self-reliance through Buddhist way of Pathom Asoke community in Nakhon Pathom Province; 2) to explore self-reliance strategies through Buddhist way of Pathom Asoke community in Nakhon Pathom Province; and 3) to present self-reliance strategies through Buddhist way of Pathom Asoke community in Nakhon Pathom Province. The study used a qualitative research technique, which included document analysis, in-depth interviews, observation, and focus group discussions. The collected data were examined, synthesized, and presented. From the study, the following results are found: 1) Self-reliance through the Buddhist way of the Pathom Asoke community in Nakhon Pathom Province is discovered to be a simple way of life, eat less, and use less based on Buddhist teachings. Self-reliance in the worldly sense is based on the four requisites and non-toxic agriculture, but self-reliance in the Buddhist sense is based on strict adherence to Buddhist teachings and mind development based on one's potential, with Nibbāna as the highest goal. 2) The strategies for developing self-reliance through Buddhist way of Pathom Asoke community in Nakhon Pathom Province apply the SWOT analysis & TOWS matrix in order to develop the five aspects which include: (1) normal way of life; (2) meditation practice; (3) personnel; (4) technology and machines; and (5) network. 3) The following are the strategies for developing self-reliance via the Buddhist way of the Pathom Asoke community in all five aspects: (1) providing further nutrition information by nutritionists and community members with nutrition understanding so that community members can receive correct, suitable, and sanitary food and nutrients; (2) increasing meeting days so that community members can meet on a regular basis to discuss and solve problems, as well as expanding communication methods, whether face-to-face or via text messaging; (3) raising the number of students enrolled at Samma Sikha Santi Asok School with the goal of propagating and inheriting the community way of life, as well as increasing the number of community members and human laborers; (4) providing modern technology and machines to replace and relieve human laborers for the sake of convenience, as well as manufacturing standard and quality products; and (5) expanding the number of meetings, seminars, and trainings for network members to discuss and collaborate with government and private sectors, as well as educational institutes, to conduct research and develop products such as standard seeds and seedlings.
