Abstract:
The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the condition of teaching and learning management under the COVID-19 situation. in schools under the Pathum Thani Secondary Education Service Area Office, 2) to Studys the principles, methods, and management of online teaching and learning under the COVID-19 situation in schools under the Secondary Education Service Area Office, Pathum Thani, 3) to study the guidelines for online teaching and learning under the COVID-19 situation in schools under the Pathum Thani Secondary Education Service Area Office which is a research that combines methods (Mixed-Method Research) between qualitative research (Quantitative Research) and Qualitive Research using statistics, i.e. frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation of a sample questionnaire of 328 people in 22 schools.
The results of the study found that:
1) The condition of teaching and learning under the COVID-19 situation in schools under the Pathum Thani Secondary Educational Service Area Office, the overall picture of the four aspects was at a high level, namely, teaching and learning management, curricula, instructional media; teach and the items that existed at the lowest level were the measurement and evaluation of teaching and learning outcomes.

Moreover, teachers should increase the frequency of communication with students and parents. Assessment is a highly flexible learning. Therefore, students need to be responsible for studying more than usual. Parents must help after studying to review. The more you learn, the more you get by yourself. This can be done in a variety of ways depending on the suitability of the content and the situation.
3) The Thai Core Curriculum has classified the indicators. but must increase the clarity of communication for teachers and parents The Thai Core Curriculum has set the indicators of must know and should know in each subject matter. but need to add clarity Teaching should increase the flexibility of the time structure and the variety of learning styles. Units can be organized by content or topic of interest. and can also be integrated across subjects or within the same subject. Assessment should still be maintained, but should be weighted to assess the child's educational opportunities. rather than measuring knowledge with test scores The current epidemic situation requires a variety of teaching and learning styles. Therefore, the quality of education that children receive in each area will not be the same.
