Abstract:
The purpose of this research is 1) to study the condition of Academic Administration Based on the Seven Sappurisadhammas of small sized school adminitrators under Phichit primary education service area office 1 and 2) to find The guideline for academic administration based on the Seven Sappurisadhammas of small sized school adminitrators under Phichit primary education service area office1. This research used mixed method research methodology. The population used in the research were school administrators and academic teachers of 82 small schools under Phichit Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, with a total population of 164 people and 9 key informants/person. The research instruments were a 2-part 5-level estimation questionnaire and a semi - structured interview form to find the guideline for academic administration Based on the Seven Sappurisadhammas of small sized school adminitrators under Phichit primary education service area office 1. The statistics used to analyze the data consisted of frequency distribution, percentage, mean and standard deviation.
The results showed that:
1) The condition of academic administration of small schools Under the Phichit Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, in all 6 aspects, it showed that; (1) Curriculum management, school administrators publicize the use and implementation of the school curriculum. There is an operation to develop school curricula in the eight learning subject groups. (2) Learning management, school administrators have a plan for supervision within the teaching school and use the results of supervision to improve the work in the school, having time to practice teaching and work on duty appropriately. (3) Learning media development, Educational institutions focus on self-development to have knowledge, understanding and skills in production, media use, media development and appropriate technology. (4) Measurement and evaluation, Educational institutions have a process of measurement and evaluation both to improve and to make judgments, to develop and to develop evaluation measurement tools, as well as to bring results to improve teaching and learning to continuously improve the quality of learners. (5) Educational supervision, provide academic supervision and teaching and learning in a variety of formats suitable for educational institutions. There is a follow-up and coordination to develop the system and the supervision process with the educational area. (6) Internal quality assurance system development, educational institutions set up a structure for quality assurance management within educational institutions by clearly defining standards, indicators and objectives for internal quality assurance and educational standards of educational institutions.
