Abstract:
The purposes of this research were (1) to study the state of leaners development activities administration according to Sikkhattaya principle of administrators of small educational institutions under the Nakhonsawan Primary Educational Service Area office 1, (2) to compare the opinions of teachers on learner development activities administration according to Sikkhattaya principle of administrators of small educational institutions under the Nakhonsawan Primary Educational Service Area office 1 classified as personal factors and (3) to offer guidelines for administration of learner developmental activities according to Sikkhattaya principle of administrators of small educational institutions under the Nakhonsawan Primary Educational Service Area office 1 using mixed method research by quantitative research by data collection from sample groups amount 263 people by questionnaire. Then data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation, t-test and one way ANOVA. For qualitative research used the method of structure interview by collecting data from 5 key informants after that analyzed the data by content analysis.
Results of the research
1. The state of leaners development activities administration according to Sikkhattaya principle of administrators of small educational institutions under the Nakhonsawan Primary Educational Service Area office 1 consist of 4 aspects that overview was at a much level when considering from little to much following (1) aspect of learner development activities administration (2)aspect of learner development activities management (3) aspect of developing the curriculum of learner development activities and the least (4)aspect of measurement and evaluation.
2. The result of comparison of opinion on learner development activities administration of administrators of small educational institutions under the Nakhonsawan Primary Educational Service Area office 1 in accordance with position, age, education level, and work experience found that administrators and teachers who had position, age, education level, and work experience expressed the opinions with no difference that rejected hypothesis.
3. Guidelines for the administration of learner developmental activities according to administrators of small educational institutions under the Nakhonsawan Primary Educational Service Area office 1,administrators led Sikkhattaya (canon, meditation and wit) in integration which found that 1) aspect of learner development activities administration by using participation principle (canon), planning the projects work (meditation), managing student-centered approach (meditation) 2) aspect of developing curriculum for learner development activities administration which can be able to create and develop curriculum, (canon), ability in measurement and evaluation (meditation), developing institution curriculum related to basic education core curriculum(wit). 3) Aspect of learner development activities management can be able to manage learner development activities (canon), to manage classroom environment for supporting relationship between teachers to students and students to students (meditation), practicing students skill doing according to aptitude and interest of age range together with encouraging students using learning resource both inside school and outside school (wit). 4) Aspect of measurement and evaluation, definition, indicator, indicative behavior of curriculum including evaluation guidelines (canon), making manual institution by informing details about evaluation of students criterion to teachers (meditation), supervising and monitoring continuously and frequently (wit).
