Abstract:
The objectives of this research were: 1) To study the state of unity of personnel in the Atcharalai United Educational Institution, Secondary Education Service Area Office, District 42, Nakhon Sawan Province. 2) To study the guideline for solidarity of personnel in educational institutions based on Saraṇıyadhamma VI of the school administrator of Atcharalai school cluster the secondary educational service area office 42 Nakhon Sawan Province. Collecting data from the sample group, which is the director, deputy director, teacher, and key informant. The tools used for data collection were a 5-level estimation questionnaire and a semi-structured interview. The statistics used in the data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation and content analysis. The results showed that:
1.The unity of personnel in educational institutions of school administrators United Campus, Atcharalai, Office of Secondary Education Area, District 42, Nakhon Sawan Province it was at a high level in all aspects. The unity of personnel on the basis of goodness had the highest average. The second is the state of unity of personnel based on the truth. The unity of personnel based on beauty had the lowest mean respectively.
2. The guideline for solidarity of personnel in educational institutions based on Saraniyadhamma 6 of the school administrator of Atcharalai school cluster the secondary educational service area office 42 Nakhon Sawan Province, consists of
3 aspects as follows:1) Building unity of personnel on the basis of goodness, School administrators should respect each other in making decisions whether they are teachers, educators or stakeholders. 2) The unity of personnel on the basis of suitability, administrator encourage and give everyone equal opportunities for self-development. 3) The unity of personnel on the basis of truth, school administrators should assign tasks according to their aptitudes and interests based on personal skills and take into account the volunteerism of their subordinates.
