Abstract:
The research entitled An educational institution administration in the Digital period in accordance with the principle of Sappurisa-Dhamma 7 of Phrapariyattidhamma School, Formal Education Section of Wat Srinakararam in Kumpawapi District, Udonthani Provincewas the qualitative research by using field study. Its purposes were; 1) to study the principle of Sappurisa- Dhamma 7 in Theravada Buddhism 2) to study the educational institution administration in the Nigital period of Pariyattidham School, Informal Education Section of Wat Srinakararam in Kumpawapi District, Udonthani Province and 3) to offer the way how to develop the educational institution administration in the Digital Period in accordance with the principle of Sappurisa-Dhamma 7 in Phrapariyattidham School, Formal Education Section of Wat Srinakararam in Kumpawapi District, Udonthani Province
The principles of Sappurisa Dhamma 7 are; 1) means to know the cause, Dhamma, or the cause meaning to know the reality, the principle, rules, the common rules and the reasonable rules 2) means to know effects, essences, meaning, or the effect, that is, the meaning, the purposefulness , to now the inquired benefits, the continuous effects from performance or compliance with the principle 3)means knowing oneself, that is, to know oneself makes understand oneself 4)means moderation, appropriation such as Buddhist monks know the sufficient in receiving and consuming the necessities 5) means knowing the proper times and the time for doing activities and to work 6) means knowing the assembly, companies, the group of people, staffs, the community and the places of community and 7) means knowing persons and the differences among people how do they have manners, abilities, and virtues etc. and who has more or less?
The situation of educational institution administration in the Digital period of Phrapariyattidham School, Formal Education Section of Wat Srinakararam in Kumpawapi District, Udonthani Province from the field study was found that The administration in school in that format is not relevant to the abilities of the teachers, administrators and general people. The instruments for teaching are not updated and they do not respond the requirements of teachers and administrators because in the administration in school, there are personnel including administrators who have different ages. The instruments for teaching do not respond the requirements of the learners. At the present, technology has developed quickly. But the good point of the school administration has always managed the conference every month in order to analyze various problems for the sale of increasing development.
The guideline for developing the education institution administration in the Digital period in accordance with the principle of Sappurisa-dhamma 7 of Phrapariyattidham School, Formal Education Section in Wat Srinakararam of Kumpawapi Distract, Udonthani Province was found that the monthly meeting was managed in order to analyze the problems and the occasion in managing the school to be standard and to administrate the personnel administration in order to make the human resources understand various contexts of equal administration and to disclose the data bases or to be transparent in management to apply the principle of Sappurisa-Dhamma ๗ for more understanding each other and to manage the training projects and activities together concerning the training by using the principle of Sappurisa-Dhamma 7 and other Dhamma in Buddhism in order to develop the potentiality of inside teachers and personnel to make them understand the principle of Dhamma and to be able to apply the principle of Dhamma for lifestyle and inside administration of school to be standard.
