Abstract:
Research on the development of visual and educational opportunities of the
youth on the Highlands in the province of Tak has three objectives: a) to study the
youth education opportunities on the Highlands area in Tak Province la) to develop
the educational potential of the youth in the province of Tak. on a plateau area in
Tak province, where researchers used a combination of research patterns by targeting
the following audiences: A group of people who lived in the dth district, Amphoe
Wang Chao Mae Sot, Amphoe Mae Ramat, Amphoe Tha Song, and the District of Tak
Province. lb๕o Qualitative research uses the interview by the WORKSHPO group and
intenview Yaowotnoklum samples to create a leading core. The number of a๕ people
divided by the group is the management group of five people, Social welfare Group

The results showed that the analysis results Developing potential and

And the development of teaching and learning shows by means of mean and
standard deviation, found that the development of potential and increasing
opportunities for youth on the plateau The overall picture is at a moderate level,
with an average value of (= a.b๖) when classified in each aspect

The result of the research shows that increasing the opportunities for youth
education on the plateau can be summarized into c points as follows;, an) Public
relations should be increased By having the university in the study area having a
school Welfare or Ratchaprachanukroh is located Sharing the news to the Educational
Service Area Office, the government agency, the sub-distnict administration
organization To enable participation in screening, sending youth to study in. Ib) Should
expand educational opportunities at the local level. m) should increase the role and
importance of the guidance teacher which is very important to the student, the
guideline teacher should guide the analysis of student behavior, give educational
knowledge, exchange the attitude about importance Of education with an emphasis
on the rights to access rights and opportunities of all students. a) There should be
activities to train the potential development in many areas, including the study of
children's rights Human rights are the building of knowledge. There is coordination
with the target group schools, educational institutions, local government agencies.
The result of the research shaws that the potential development for youth on
the plateau, which can be summarized into no issues, namely. an) must improve the
educational management in order to achieve the standards set and must create the
satisfaction of the parents, the community and Society. ib)There should be budget
allocation to ensure equality And suitability according to the special needs of
students and educational institutions. m) The development of the quality of
education must create a shared respon onsibility of the social sector at all levels, from
the parents, the community, the policy makers. And educational institutions that
directly affect students. ๔) Promote educational reform. Both in the quality of
teachers, curriculum and the use of educational technology at all levels and all types
of education. d) Creating innovation and a lifelong learning saciety Create learning
opportunities for people of all groups and ages. Along with the development of
learning sources in every category As well as promoting reading love Learning foreign languages and dialects. ๖) Ethics should be promoted Awareness of rights, duties,
equality, benefit to society And creating good conscience through the youth training
process that is suitable for ages. a) Promoting the promotion of teacher status to
higher professions Support the production and development of teachers and
educational personnel in areas that lack. And provide enough teachers in every
classroo om and learnin ning center. ๘) Raise aw eness of society and comm munities to see,
understand and participate in education. There are activities and proc cesses to
promote and create community awa ponsible for education in various
