1) From studying the context and problems of traffic discipline among students of Langsuan Industrial and Community Education College, Chumphon Province, it is found that motorcycle accident statistics tend to increase due to negligence, a lack of mindfulness, a lack of respect for traffic regulations, unprepared vehicles, a lack of riding skills, impetuousness, a lack of severe law enforcement, and ignorance of the consequences. Although Langsuan Industrial and Community Education College and several agencies have planned activities to prevent traffic accidents caused by motorbikes by giving knowledge, campaigning, and increasing awareness, the number of students who pass the training each year remains low.

Tisikkhā (the Threefold Training) is a tool used to increase awareness of traffic discipline with mindfulness as a base. Starting from Silā (precepts) which is to have discipline and respect in the laws and regulations, Samādhi (concentration) which is to develop a mind for morality, loving-kindness for human beings, generosity for other people, and Paññā (wisdom) which is to have knowledge, understanding, logic, reflection, and maturity.
