Abstract: การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1. เพื่อศึกษาการนำนโยบายมาตรการส่งเสริมความเป็นอยู่ระดับตำบล (ตำบลละ 5 ล้านบาท) ไปปฏิบัติ ในเขตตำบลห้วยม่วง อำเภอกาแพงแสน จังหวัดนครปฐม 2. เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการนำนโยบายมาตรการส่งเสริมความเป็นอยู่ระดับตำบล (ตำบลละ 5 ล้านบาท) ไปปฏิบัติในเขตตำบลห้วยม่วง อำเภอกาแพงแสน จังหวัดนครปฐม ประชากรที่สนใจในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ คณะทำงานในเขตตำบลห้วยม่วง ซึ่งมีจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 148 คน เก็บรวมรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางสถิติ สถิติที่ใช้ในการทดสอบสมมติฐาน คือวิเคราะห์โดยค่าสัมประสิทธ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน (Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient) ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัจจัยการนำนโยบายมาตรการส่งเสริมความเป็นอยู่ระดับตำบล (ตำบลละ 5 ล้านบาท) ไปปฏิบัติในเขตตำบลห้วยม่วง อำเภอกำแพงแสน จังหวัดนครปฐม ได้แก่วัตถุประสงค์และมาตรฐานของนโยบาย ทรัพยากรนโยบาย การติดต่อสื่อสาร คุณสมบัติของผู้ปฏิบัติงาน สภาพเศรษฐกิจ สังคม และการเมืองมีความสัมพันธ์กับผลการนำนโยบายไปปฏิบัติในเขตตำบลห้วยม่วง อำเภอกำแพงแสน จังหวัดนครปฐม โดยมีค่าสัมประสิทธ์สหสัมพันธ์ [Pearson Correlation (r)] เท่ากับ ด้านวัตถุประสงค์และมาตรฐานของนโยบาย (r= .570) ด้านทรัพยากรนโยบาย (r= .631) ด้านการติดต่อสื่อสาร (r=.718) ด้านคุณสมบัติของผู้ปฏิบัติงาน (r=.634) และด้านสภาพเศรษฐกิจ สังคม และการเมือง(r=.789) ตามลำดับ ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 The purposes of this research were 1) to study the implementation of Measures for Promoting the Well-Being of Subdistrict (5 Million Baht per Subdistrict) Policy in Huaymuang, Kamphaeng Saen, Nakhon Pathom Province and 2) to study factors affecting its implementation The population in this research was the committee in Huaymuang Kamphaeng Saen, Nakhon Pathom Province. The participants were 148 people. The instrument used to collect the data was questionnaires and the statistics used to analyze the data were Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. The level of statistical significance was set at .05 The findings of this research showed that the Factors of the for Policy Implementation of Measures for Promoting The Well-Being Subdistrict ( 5 Million Baht per Subdistrict) in Huaymuang, Kamphaeng Saen, Nakhon Pathom Province, namely, objectives and standard of policies, policy resources, communications, qualification of the Informative officials and socio economic social and political conditions were related to the implementation Policy in Huaymuang, Kamphaeng Saen, Nakhon Pathom Province. The correlation coefficient was as follows; objectives and standard of policies (r=.570), policy resources (r=.631), communications ( r= .718) , qualification of the Informative officials ( r= .634) and socio-economic social and political conditions (r=.789), The level of statistical significance was set at .05
