Abstract:
Research Personnel administration in the next decade in the state autonomous
university Intended to 1) Study the characteristics of human resources at a government-
controlled university in the next decade. 2) To create a future scenario of the personnel
management system in the next decade, in the case of autonomous universities. 3) To
analyze trends in human resource changes in the next decade, in the case of
autonomous universities. It is a future research by using the EFR technique
(Ethnographic Future Research), the projection of the future (Scenarios), including a
survey (Opinion survey) with documentary research, research methodology by
interviewing experts and survey questionnaires from educational personnel.
