Abstract: การวิจัยเรื่องนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาการบริหารจัดการโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรมแผนกสามัญศึกษาต้นแบบของคณะสงฆ์ไทย 2) เพื่อศึกษาประสิทธิภาพการบริหารจัดการโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรมแผนกสามัญศึกษาต้นแบบของคณะสงฆ์ไทย 3) เพื่อเสนอรูปแบบประสิทธิภาพการบริหารจัดการโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรมแผนกสามัญศึกษาต้นแบบของคณะสงฆ์ไทยการวิจัยนี้เป็นการศึกษาเชิงคุณภาพ ซึ่งมีการศึกษาเอกสาร และสัมภาษณ์ ผู้บริหาร ครูผู้สอน โรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรมแผนกสามัญศึกษา จำนวน 4 รูป และการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลศึกษาเนื้อหา (Content Analysis) ตามที่กำหนด ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) การบริหารจัดการศึกษาทั้ง 4 ต้านของโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรมแผนกสามัญศึกษามีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ประสิทธิภาพการบริหารจัดการโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรมแผนกสามัญศึกษาต้นแบบของคณะสงฆ์ไทย ขึ้นอยู่กับงานทั้ง 4 ต้น ได้แก่ จัดหลักสูตรให้สอดคล้องกับหลักสูตรแกนกลางจัดการเรียนการสอนเน้นผู้เรียนเป็นศูนย์กลาง และพัฒนาระบบการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาอย่างต่อเนื่อง จัดทำแผนงบประมาณ สรรหางบประมาณหลากหลายช่องทาง และประชุมการใช้จ่ายงบประมาณเดือนละ 1 ครั้ง จัดทำผนพัฒนาบุคลากร จัดตั้งบุคลากรตามความรู้ ความสามารถ และดำเนินตามระเบียบราชการ ผู้บริหารมีหลักพุทธธรรม ตั้งเป้าหมายตามนโยบายของโรงเรียน และกระตุ้นความต้องการผ่านสิ่งล่อใจ 3) รูปแบบประสิทธิภาพการบริหารจัดการโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรมแผนกสามัญศึกษา ต้นแบบของคณะสงฆ์ไทย ประกอบด้วยบริหารตน บริหารคน และบริหารงานอย่างมีเป้าหมายปรับทัศนคติของตนเองและทัศนติของผู้ร่วมงานจัดตั้งเครือข่ายการทำงานพัฒนาบุคลากรให้ตรงตามความสามารถและวางแผนการบริหารงานทั้ง 4 ด้านร่วมกันผ่าน PS-GANPPI MODEL เพื่อประสิทธิภาพการบริหารจัดการการศึกษาโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรม แผนกสามัญศึกษาต้นแบบของคณะสงฆ์ไทยอย่างยั่งยืน
