Abstract:
Based on research. Positive Organizational Psychology Variables Influencing a High Performance Organization : Case Study of Company of Plants at the Hi-Tech Industrial Estate, Phra Nakhon Si Ayuttha Province". The researcher conducted Mixed Methods Research collected 400 field-based questionnaires and 18 in-depth interviews from managers in Hi-tech Industrial Estate.
The results are as follows :
By opinion of the company staff, which is an example. The opinions on
leadership change and development of the company were at a high level (x̄ = 4.11, SD= 0.785). Good employee behavior toward the company / organization was high (x̄=4.17, SD = 0.777). The organization of the learning organization for the advancement of the organization was very high (x̄= 4.07, SD = 0.805). The average level was high (x̄ =4.12, S.D. = 0.793) and the development of the organization of excellence was very high ( x̄ = 4.11. S.D. = 0.804).
Analysis of the relationship between leadership, Personnel Behavior, Bass's organizations, Buddhist principles and organizations of excellence have relatively high correlations and high correlations. For the results of the analysis of expectations which had the predictive factors or factors influencing positive organizational psychology to develop organizational leadership and personnel development for the organization of excellence, include organizational leadership style of Bass, Organ's Behavior, Senge,s organization and Buddhism, thus, positive psychological factors, to develop organizational leadership and human resources development to the organization of best practice, can predict is 88.7% (R = 0.942 R = 0.887)
Based on qualitative data synthesis, the company executives use positive psychology by providing employees opportunities, improve, correct themselves and
using good corporate governance to manage employees within the organization with emphasis on ethics that every employee has always been treated. But the negative employee punishment, the company executives try to avoid. If it is on the positive side, the good part of the staff to use such as the need to clarify the staff to know. However, if the employee continues to breach the working rule and regulation, the company executive will be punished by mean of promising. Most of them are the production staff may be wrong. Hence the management realizes and values employees. It is recommended to understand the practice before it. If not, then find ways to punish employees from light to heavy or leave appropriately. For the expectation that theemployees will perform perfectly. The management provides training to understand the career path in each position. The leader is aiming for employees to work towards the stability and sustainability of the organization hroughout the goal of Thailand 4.0
