Abstract:
The purpose of this research was to study the Factor in Readiness of School Based Management in the schools under Mahasarakam Provincial Primary Education Office. The populations of the study was 1,743 persons from 581 schools. The 315 samples of this research were selected by Multi Stage Random Sampling Techniques from principals, teachers, and school board president. The research was conducted using was questionnaires and rating scale form. The statistics were Mean, Standard Deviation and Coefficient of Variance. The data was analyzed by Factor Analysis that extracted by Image Factoring Extraction and rotated by Orthogonal Rotation with Varimax Method.
The results revealed were as follows : 1. The mean variables between 2.40-4.33, standard deviation between .68-1.16 and coefficient of variance between 16.83-48.33. The reliability was .98 and measure of sampling adequacy was .95
2. The first analyzed eigenvalue over 1 were 19 factors and 86 variables which factors matrix over .45 after that cut out the factors matrix less than .45 off and rotated in the same way. The results were 14 factors but eigenvalue over 1 that description factor over 3 variables and factor matrix over .45 were 9 factors namely : The School Boards and Community Participation, Efficiency Management and Education Quality, Role of Principal, Membership Participation, Standard of School, Data and Information Making, Certificate of Standard profession Control, Role of School Employer and Morale and Willing Making. The 9 factors were eigenvalue between 1.4471 11.6283 and cumulative percentage 62.44. These factors are important to administration in School Based Management in the school under the Mahasarakam Provincial Primary Education Office.
