Abstract: ชื่อเรื่อง : ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้อำนวยการกองการศึกษา ศาสนาและวัฒนธรรม ในองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล จังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด ผู้วิจัย : นายวิชญะ น้อยมาลา ปริญญา : รัฐประศาสนศาสตรมหาบัณฑิต (รัฐประศาสนศาสตร์) มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏมหาสารคาม อาจารย์ที่ปรึกษา : รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ภักดี โพธิ์สิงห์ รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ยุภาพร ยุภาศ ปีที่สำเร็จการศึกษา : 2565 บทคัดย่อ การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ (1) เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อคุณลักษณะ ที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้อำนวยการกองการศึกษา ศาสนาและวัฒนธรรม ในองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล จังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด (2) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้อำนวยการกองการศึกษา ศาสนาและวัฒนธรรม ในองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล จังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด และ (3) เพื่อศึกษาข้อเสนอแนะ เกี่ยวกับปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้อำนวยการกองการศึกษา ศาสนาและวัฒนธรรม ในองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล จังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ครูศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กและพนักงาน องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลสังกัดกองการศึกษา ศาสนาและวัฒนธรรม ในจังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด จำนวน 309 คน โดยการใช้สูตรของทาโร ยามาเน่ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ความถี่ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ การถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า (1) ระดับความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ ของผู้อำนวยการกองการศึกษา ศาสนาและวัฒนธรรม ในองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล จังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (2) ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้อำนวยการกองการศึกษา ศาสนาและวัฒนธรรม ในองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล จังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด ได้แก่ แรงจูงใจใฝ่สัมฤทธิ์ในการทำงาน การได้รับการเรียนรู้และพัฒนาอย่างต่อเนื่อง วัฒนธรรมองค์การ อุดมการณ์และวิสัยทัศน์สามารถ ร่วมกันทำนาย ได้ร้อยละ 81.10 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ (3) ข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับ ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้อำนวยการกองการศึกษา ศาสนาและวัฒนธรรม ในองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล จังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด ควรเป็นผู้ที่ถ่ายทอดประสบการณ์และการทำงานให้แก่ ผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาได้เป็นอย่างดี สามารถให้คำปรึกษาเมื่อเกิดปัญหาได้ ควรมีการพัฒนาคนเองอย่างต่อเนื่อง ติดตามข้อมูลข่าวสารที่ทันสมัย เรียนรู้การเปลี่ยนแปลงทางสังคม วัฒนธรรมและพัฒนาการใช้เทคโนโลยี สมัยใหม่ ควรสร้างวัฒนธรรมการทำงานแบบพี่น้อง มีการสอนงานบุคลากร ตลอดจนจัดอบรมให้ความรู้ ข เกี่ยวกับทักษะต่างๆ ควรเป็นตัวอย่างที่ดีในความถูกต้องและยึดผลประโยชน์ของส่วนรวมเป็นที่ตั้ง เพื่อประโยชน์แก่ส่วนราชการและประชาชน คำสำคัญ: คุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์, ผู้อำนวยการ, องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล _________________________________________________อาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาวิทยานิพนธ์หลัก ค Title : Factors Affecting Desirable Characteristics of the Director of Education, Religion and Culture Division in the Subdistrict Administrative Organization Author : Mr. Witchaya Noimala Degree : Master of Public Administration (Public Administration) Rajabhat Maha SaraKham University Advisor : Associate Professor Dr.Phakdee Phosing Associate Professor Dr.Yupaporn Yupas Year : 2022 ABSTRACT The purposes of this study were (1) To study the opinions on factors affecting desirable characteristics of the Director of Education, Religion and Culture Division in the Sub-district Administrative Organization.
