Abstract: ชื่อเรื่อง : แนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำของคณะกรรมการสภานักเรียนในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษามหาสารคาม ผู้วิจัย : นายอดิศร จันทร์สด ปริญญา : ครุศาสตรมหาบัณฑิต (การบริหารจัดการการศึกษา) มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏมหาสารคาม อาจารย์ที่ปรึกษา : รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.กฤษกนก ดวงชาทม ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.จำเนียร พลหาญ ปีการศึกษา : 2564 บทคัดย่อ การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันสภาพที่พึงประสงค์และแนวทางการพัฒนา ภาวะผู้นำของคณะกรรมการสภานักเรียนในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา มัธยมศึกษามหาสารคาม การวิจัยแบ่งเป็น 2 ระยะ ได้แก่ ระยะที่ 1 ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพ ที่พึงประสงค์ภาวะผู้นำของคณะกรรมการสภานักเรียนในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่ การศึกษามัธยมศึกษามหาสารคามกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 105 คน โดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง ประกอบด้วย 1) ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 35 คน 2) ครูที่ปรึกษาสภานักเรียน 35 คน และ 3) ประธาน คณะกรรมการสภานักเรียน 35 คนเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้ง ฉบับเท่ากับ 0.87 สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ระยะที่ 2 ศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำของคณะกรรมการสภานักเรียนในสถานศึกษาสังกัด สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 26 กลุ่มเป้าหมาย คือ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 9 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้วิธีการวิเคราะห์แบบอุปนัย ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) สภาพปัจจุบันมีค่าเฉลี่ยโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนสภาพที่ พึงประสงค์โดยรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และเรียงลำดับตามผลตามความต้องการจำเป็น ดังนี้ (1) การตัดสินใจ (2) การสร้างทีมงาน (3) ความรับผิดชอบ และ (4) ทักษะการสื่อสาร ตามลำดับ2) คู่มือแนวทางพัฒนาการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำของคณะกรรมการสภานักเรียนในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 26 ประกอบด้วย ส่วนที่ 1 บทนำ มีรายละเอียด คือ(1) หลักการและเหตุผล (2) วัตถุประสงค์และ (3) ผลที่คาดว่าจะได้รับ ส่วนที่ 2กระบวนการพัฒนา ข และเนื้อหาและส่วนที่ 3 การวัดและประเมินผล โดยมีสรุปผลการประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็น ไปได้ของแนวทางอยู่ในระดับมาก คำสำคัญ: ภาวะผู้นำของคณะกรรมการสภานักเรียน; แนวทางการพัฒนา _________________________________________________อาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาวิทยานิพนธ์หลัก ค Title : Development Guidelines Leadership of Student Council in School Under TheSecondaryEducation Service Area Office Mahasarakham Author : Mr.Adisorn Chunsod Degree : Master of Education (Educational Administration) Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University Advisors : Associate Professor Dr.Kritkanok Duangchatom Assistant Professor Dr.Chumnian Pollaharn Year : 2021 ABSTRACT The purposes of this research were to 1) study the current and the desirable state of leadership of student council in school 2) study the development guidelines leadership of student council in school under the secondary education service area office Mahasarakham. The research process was divided to 2 phases: Phase 1 ; to study the current and the desirable state of leadership of student council in school. The sample group used in the research 105 people was 35 administrators, 35 teachers and 35 student council chairman. The research tool was a questionnaire, confidence of the whole .87. The statistics used for data analysis were mean, percentage, standard deviation. Phase 2; to study the development guidelines leadership of student council in school under the secondary education service area office Mahasarakham. The target group is 9 experts. The research tool was interview form, Data analysis by content analysis. The research results were found that 1) The current state in overall was high average and the desirable state in overall was in the highest level. The priority need rank from high to low level was (1) decision (2) team building (3) responsibility and (4) communication skills 2) development guidelines leadership of student council in school under the secondary education service area office Mahasarakham Include part 1: Introduction (1) principle and reason (2) objective and (3) expected results part ง 2: development process and content and part 3: measurement and evaluation., feasibility and utility was the highest in overall.
