Improvement of the service quality in clinical immunology and transfusion science laboratory at School of Allied Health Sciences, University of Phayao.
Abstract:
This research aims to survey satisfaction of the service and find a good strategy for development in clinical immunology and transfusion sciences. Satisfaction survey in five aspects. of academic staff and third and fourth year of medical technology students as (n=10 4 ) answering the questionnaire. The result shows that laboratory atmosphere (3.91), laboratory staff (3.90), service period (3.81), management system (3.74), and laboratory equipment giving satisfaction (3 .6 4 ) respectively. The overall satisfaction is 3.82 meaning good satisfaction. However, laboratory equipment has the lowest of satisfaction level. In sum, developmental direction should consist of three strategies such as increasing equipment for laboratory hour, Preparation organization of devices chemicals and reagent and also explain important details to the user.
