The Relationship Between Transformational Leadership of School Administrators and School Effectiveness Under Krabi Primary Educational Service Area Office
Abstract:
The purposes of this research were examine 1) the transformational leadership of school administrators as perceived by teachers 2) the effectiveness of school as perceived by teachers, and 3) the relationship between transformational leadership of school administrators and school effectiveness under Krabi Primary Educational Service Area Office. The 322 teachers were samples. The research instruments were questionnaires. The statistical for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearsons correlation coefficient. The results showed that; 1) Transformational leadership of school administrators were at a high level. 2) Effectiveness of school was at a high level. 3) The relationship between transformational leadership of school administrators and school effectiveness found in the positive correlation at a high level with statistically significant at the 0.01 level.
