Economic Analysis of Commercial Investment for Seed Production of Sex Reversal of Nile Tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus Linn.) in Khamphaengsaen Fisheries Research Station, Faculty of Fisheries Kasetsart University
Abstract:
The purposes of this study were 1) analyze cost, income and benefit from production
2) investigate feasibility study of investment in production and 3) study the problems, causes
and consequences of the production. This method of study uses the method of collecting
and analyzing station performance data. Using indicators is Net Present Value of Financial
Benefit, Benefit-Cost Ratio of Financial Benefit, and Long-run Average Marginal Cost.
From the results of the study, it was found that the production was profitable and able to
create value for investment for the effectively.As for the problems, obstacles, causes and
effects of production, it was found namely the insufficiency of the distribution location,
modernity of tools and some equipment used in production, insufficiency of human resources.
The include shortage of Human resources about the skills of the public relations. Therefore,
Faculty of Fisheries should support and promote the availability of the place 1) Building
