Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) วิเคราะห์ต้นทุน และผลตอบแทนของการผลิต 2) วิเคราะห์ความคุ้มค่า ในการลงทุนของการผลิต และ 3) ศึกษาปัญหา อุปสรรค สาเหตุ และผลกระทบของการผลิต ซึ่งวิธีการศึกษา ครั้งนี้ใช้วิธีการรวบรวมและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลผลการดำเนินงานของสถานีฯ โดยใช้ตัวชี้วัดคือ มูลค่าปัจจุบันสุทธิ ของผลตอบแทน ผลประโยชน์ต่อทุน และต้นทุนส่วนเพิ่มเฉลี่ยในระยะยาว ทั้งนี้จากผลการศึกษาพบว่า การผลิตมีกำไรและสามารถสร้างความคุ้มค่าในการลงทุนให้กับสถานีฯ ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ส่วนทางด้าน ปัญหา อุปสรรค สาเหตุ และผลกระทบของการผลิต พบว่าสถานีฯ มีปัญหาความไม่เพียงพอของสถานที่ จัดจำหน่าย ความไม่ทันสมัยของเครื่องมือและอุปกรณ์บางรายการที่ใช้ในการผลิต ความไม่เพียงพอของ อัตรากำลัง รวมทั้งการขาดบุคลากรที่มีทักษะความรู้ด้านการประชาสัมพันธ์ ดังนั้นคณะประมงควรสนับสนุน และส่งเสริมการสร้างความพร้อมให้กับสถานีฯ ได้แก่ 1) การจัดสร้างหรือปรับปรุงโรงเรือน และบ่อซีเมนต์ ให้เพียงพอต่อการดำเนินงาน 2) การจัดซื้อเครื่องมือ และอุปกรณ์ที่ทันสมัย และ 3) การเพิ่มอัตรากำลัง โดยเฉพาะอัตรากำลังที่มีทักษะความรู้ด้านการประชาสัมพันธ์ ให้กับสถานีฯ ตลอดจนส่งเสริมการผลิตสินค้า สัตว์น้ำจืดชนิดอื่นในเชิงพาณิชย์ เพื่อเพิ่มศักยภาพในการจัดหารายได้ของสถานีวิจัยประมงกำแพงแสนต่อไป

Abstract: The purposes of this study were 1) analyze cost, income and benefit from production 2) investigate feasibility study of investment in production and 3) study the problems, causes and consequences of the production. This method of study uses the method of collecting and analyzing station performance data. Using indicators is Net Present Value of Financial Benefit, Benefit-Cost Ratio of Financial Benefit, and Long-run Average Marginal Cost. From the results of the study, it was found that the production was profitable and able to create value for investment for the effectively.As for the problems, obstacles, causes and effects of production, it was found namely the insufficiency of the distribution location, modernity of tools and some equipment used in production, insufficiency of human resources. The include shortage of Human resources about the skills of the public relations. Therefore, Faculty of Fisheries should support and promote the availability of the place 1) Building or renovating the house and the cement pond is sufficient for operation 2) Purchasing tools and modern equipment and 3) Increasing of Human resources there for Especially the skills of the public relations. As well as promoting the new production of other freshwater fish products in the commercial. In order to increase the potential of earning income from the Khamphaengsaen Fisheries Research Station.
