Abstract:
This independent study aimed to explore the effect of marketing mix on the perspective of customers towards the purchase intention of secondhand houses in Nakhon Ratchasima province. There were 316 Nakhon Ratchasima residents, aged over 20 years who responded to the questionnaires with a response rate of 74.70 %. Descriptive statistics were applied, including frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. In addition to the hypothesis analysis, multiple linear regression model was used in inferential statistics. According to the results of this study, the effect of marketing mix on the perspective of the customer presented statistical significance in positive outcomes, in terms of communication factor and the customer needs factor. The adjusted R square were 41.80 %.
