THE EFFECT OF INFORMATION SYSTEM SUCCESS ON TECHNOLOGY ACCEPTANCE OF MOBILE BANKING CUSTOMERS: CASE STUDY OF BANK FOR AGRICULTURE AND AGRICULTURAL COOPERATIVES CUSTOMERS IN CHAIYAPHUM PROVINCE
Abstract:
The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of information system success on technology acceptance of mobile banking customers: case study of Bank for agriculture and agricultural cooperatives customers in Chaiyaphum province. The questionnaire was used as a tool to collect data from 374 customers of Bank for agriculture and agricultural cooperatives was user application A-Mobile. The descriptive statistics is used to analyze data includes frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation, and hypothesis testing by multiple regression analysis. The result showed that information system success in the system quality composition in the dimension of functionality and security had a positive effect on technology acceptance of mobile banking at 0.01 significant level while quick response had a positive effect on technology acceptance of mobile banking at 0.05 significant level. In addition, information quality in dimension of timeliness had a negative effect on technology acceptance of mobile banking at 0.05 significant level. All the independent variables were able to predict on dependent variable at 63.70 percent (AdjR2 = 0.637).
