Abstract: การวิจัยนี้มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาชุดการสอนสำหรับศูนย์การเรียนรู้โดยใช้โครงงานเป็นฐาน: กรณีศึกษาระบบบ้านอัจฉริยะ 2) หาประสิทธิภาพของชุดการสอน 3) เปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการ เรียนระหว่างก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียน 4) ประเมินทักษะการในปฏิบัติงานและทักษะในการทำ โครงงานของผู้เรียนที่เรียนด้วยชุดการสอน 5) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้เรียนที่เรียนด้วยชุดการสอนสำหรับศูนย์การเรียนรู้ที่พัฒนาขึ้น การพัฒนาชุดการสอนนี้ได้ทำการสำรวจความต้องการจากบุคลากรที่เกี่ยวข้องด้านการศึกษาและสถานประกอบการ จำนวน 20 ท่าน โดยมีผู้เชี่ยวชาญประเมินคุณภาพของชุดการสอนจำนวน 5 ท่าน และได้นำไปทดลองสอน (Try-out) กับนักเรียน นักศึกษาและบุคคลทั่วไปที่มีความสนใจจำนวน 220 คน ซึ่งหลังจากปรับปรุงแก้ไขแล้วจึงนำไปใช้กับกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือนักเรียนระดับชั้น ปวช.3 สาขาวิชาช่างอิเล็กทรอนิกส์และสาขาวิชาช่างไฟฟ้า วิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรมศรีสงคราม มหาวิทยาลัยนครพนม จำนวน 30 คน โดยวิธีเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย ชุดการสอนสำหรับศูนย์การเรียนรู้โดยใช้โครงงานเป็นฐาน กรณีศึกษาระบบบ้านอัจฉริยะ แบบทดสอบก่อนเรียนและแบบทดสอบหลังเรียนแต่ละบท แบบประเมินผลทักษะในการปฏิบัติงานและการทำโครงงานของผู้เรียน ซึ่งมีวิธีการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วย วิธีสังเกต แบบทดสอบ แบบสอบถาม และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ การทดสอบแบบที (t-test) การหาค่าประสิทธิภาพของชุดการสอน และวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การประเมินหาคุณภาพชุดการสอน โดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญมีความคิดเห็น เกี่ยวกับชุดการสอนมีคุณภาพอยู่ในระดับดีมาก (X = 4.79, S.D. = 0.45) โดยในด้านเนื้อหามี คุณภาพอยู่ในระดับดีมาก (X = 4.69, S.D. = 0.50 และในด้านคุณภาพด้านการผลิตสื่อ มีคุณภาพอยู่ในระดับดีมาก (X = 4.80, S.D. = 0.41) 2) ชุดการสอนสำหรับศูนย์การเรียนรู้โดยใช้โครงงานเป็นฐาน กรณีศึกษาระบบบ้านอัจฉริยะ มีประสิทธิภาพ E1/E2 เท่ากับ 76.87/80.73 ตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด 3) การเรียนรู้ด้วยชุดการสอนที่พัฒนาขึ้นทำให้ผู้เรียนมีความรู้สูงขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ.05 4) การประเมินทักษะการปฏิบัติกิจกรรมที่ผู้เรียนแสดงออกระหว่างการเรียนรู้ ผู้เรียนผ่านการประเมินทักษะการปฏิบัติงนทุกคนเฉลี่ยร้อยละ 81.50 และทักษะในการทำโครงงานเฉลี่ยร้อยละ 84.00 5) ความพึงพอใจของผู้เรียนต่อชุดการสอนสำหรับศูนย์การเรียนรู้โดยใช้โครงงานเป็นฐานกรณีศึกษาระบบบ้านอัจฉริยะ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (X = 4.28, S.D. = 0.74)

Abstract: This research aimed to 1) develop a project-based learning center instructional package: Smart Home Case Studies, 2) to determine the effectiveness of the instructional package. 3) compare the learning achievements between before learning and after learning through a project-based learning center instructional package, 4) assess the work skills and project skills of learners studying with the instructional package. 5) to study the satisfaction of the learners who study with the developed project-based learning center instructional package. The development of this instructional package surveyed the needs of 20 people involved in education and establishments and conducted a tryout with 220 students, pupils and other interested individuals. There are 5 experts assessing the quality of the instructional package. After revising, then using with a sample group; 30 third-year vocational students in electronics and electrical of Si Songkhram Industrial Technology College, Nakhon Phanom University selected by a specific method. The research instruments consisted of a project-based learning center instructional package: a case study of smart home system, achievement test, assessment form for students' work skills and project work. The data were collected by observation, quiz, questionnaire, data analysis from frequency, percentage, T-test, evaluation of the instructional package efficiency and analyzing the content. The results were as follows: 1) the analysis found that the quality of the instructional package by experts had the highest level of opinions on the instructional package (X = 4.79, S.D. = 0.45) with the content being of the highest quality (X = 4.69, S.D. = 0.50) and in the field of quality in media production, the quality was at the highest level (X = 4.80, S.D. = 0.41) 2) The project-based learning center instructional package, Smart Home Case Studies, has efficiency E1 / E2 of 76.87 / 80.73 according to the specified criteria. 3) Learning through the instructional package developed gave learners a statistically significantly higher level of knowledge at .05 4) Participants passed an average of 81.50% of all operational skills assessments and an average of 84.00% of project skills. 5) The overall satisfaction of the learners towards the project-based learning center instructional package, Smart Home Case Studies, was at a high level (X = 4.28, S.D. = 0.74).
